Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods and apparatuses for Reference Signal (RS) transmission. In example embodiments, a method implemented in a network device is provided. According to the method, the network device determines at least one set of CSI-RS resources for transmitting Tracking Reference Signal (TRS) to a terminal device. The network device further determines a first offset between a first slot to transmit a first signal for enabling transmission of the TRS and a second slot to transmit the TRS in the at least one set of CSI-RS resources. The first offset is different from a second offset between a third slot to transmit a second signal for enabling transmission of CSI-RS and a fourth slot to transmit the CSI-RS. The network device transmits a configuration indicating the at least one set of CSI-RS resources and the first offset to the terminal device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices and computer readable mediums for sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission. In example embodiments, a method implemented at a terminal device is provided. According to the method, in response to at least one set of SRS resources being configured for transmitting a SRS to a network device and antenna switching being enabled for the terminal device, the terminal device determines at least one guard period required for transmitting the SRS. Uplink transmission to the network device is expected to be scheduled outside the at least one guard period. In response to the uplink transmission being scheduled outside the at least one guard period, the terminal device transmits the SRS to the network device over the at least one set of SRS resources. In response to the uplink transmission being scheduled within the at least one guard period, the terminal device disables at least a part of the at least one set of SRS resources for transmitting the SRS.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and apparatus of transmitting uplink (UL) information and a method and apparatus of receiving UL information. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the method of transmitting UL information comprises transmitting a reference signal using a first sequence; and transmitting UL control information using a second sequence; wherein a reference signal and the UL control information are staggered-multiplexed in frequency domain. With embodiments of the present disclosure, the uplink information can be transmitted in reduced uplink symbols so as to adapt for a proposed subframe structure with reduced uplink symbols and thus, the transmission latency can be reduced greatly.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to reference signal transmission and receiving in a wireless communication system A common reference signal sequence is generated based on a frequency range configuration at network side, the common reference signal sequence being shared by at least some of terminal devices respectively allocated with their own reference signal transmission configurations. The common reference signal sequence and sequence configuration information is transmitted to a terminal device, the sequence configuration information indicating a parameter by which a reference signal sequence transmitted for the terminal device can be obtained. A reference signal sequence solution with a low complexity is proposed for the wireless communication system with dynamic bandwidth allocation and/or configurable reference signal pattern, wherein only one common reference signal sequence is generated and shared by at least some of terminal devices, irrespective of reference signal transmission configurations like bandwidth allocation and/or reference signal pattern configuration.
