摘要: Computer-implemented digital image analysis methods, apparatuses, and systems for robotic installation of surgical implants are disclosed. A disclosed apparatus plans a route within an anatomy of a patient from an incision site to a surgical implant site for robotic installation of a surgical implant. The apparatus uses digital imaging data to identify less-invasive installation paths and determine the dimensions of the surgical implant components being used. The apparatus segments the surgical implant into surgical implant subcomponents and modifies the surgical implant subcomponents, such that they can be inserted using the identified less-invasive installation paths.

摘要: A system for performing robotic laser surgery is disclosed. The system comprises at least one surgery equipment, a surgeon terminal, and a communication module. Further, the system includes a surgical computer communicatively coupled to the at least one surgery equipment via the communication module. The surgical computer is configured to transfer data between the surgeon terminal and the at least one surgery equipment. The surgeon terminal is configured to modulate the tunable laser to conduct the surgical procedure in fully autonomous mode or semi-autonomous mode using robot controls. Further, a plurality of sensors is used to real-time data while performing surgical procedure and transmit the real-time data to the surgeon terminal.

An analysis is performed on the patient data and the data is presented to a medical professional via a verbal interface in a conversational manner, allowing the medical professional to provide additional data such as observations or instructions which may be used for further analysis or to perform actions related to the patient's care.

摘要: Methods, apparatuses, and systems for performing robotic surgery in an extended-reality (XR) surgical simulation environment are disclosed. The disclosed systems provide a surgical metaverse in which a surgical robot network receives medical images of a patient. A digital twin is generated from the medical images that enables generation of a virtual surgical simulation environment for performing a surgical procedure. Necessary workflow objects for the procedure are selected and surgical actions are performed on the digital twin. Data of the workflow objects and actions in relation to the digital twin are stored. The surgical robot network generates a surgical workflow based on the workflow objects and actions and compares the surgical workflow to historical workflows to allow adjustment of the workflow in the surgical simulation virtual environment. The workflow, workflow objects, and actions in relation to the digital twin are sent to the surgical robot.

The data of the workflow objects and actions in relation to the digital twin is stored. The first user invites a second user to join the virtual environment who may collaborate with the first user on the workflow objects and actions performed to adjust the workflow, workflow objects, and actions performed. The workflow, workflow objects, actions in relation to the digital twin are sent to a surgical robot.

摘要: This specification describes systems, methods, devices, and related techniques for optimizing 3D printed implants. A 3D network can collect medical images from an imaging device and create a 3D image of the damaged or malfunctioning body part. The 3D network allows a user to alter the 3D image to fix the damages or malfunctions and the 3D network, compares the altered 3D image to a historical database containing healthy patient's medical images, and provides recommendations to allow the user to further enhance the altered 3D image. The 3D network then performs a simulation on the enhanced 3D image to determine, if the 3D image was printed, if it will be successful or not. Once successful, the 3D image is printed using a 3D printer and the user tests the compatibility of the 3D printed object to determine if the implant or transplant would be successful.
