A method and device for managing an application program are provided. The method includes: obtaining, by a first edge computing platform, an application program component of the first edge computing platform and an application program component of a second edge computing platform, where the application program component of the first edge computing platform and the application program component of the second edge computing platform are application program components in a global application program; and sending the application program component of the second edge computing platform to the second edge computing platform. The second edge computing platform installs the application program component of the second edge computing platform, thereby implementing a deployment of application programs between all levels of edge computing platforms.

Embodiments of the present application disclose a method for accessing a local network, and a related device, so that a user equipment can simultaneously access an operator network and a local network. The method in the embodiments of the present application includes: receiving, by an MME, an access request of user equipment UE that is sent by an base station eNB, where the access request carries access information of the UE; determining, according to the access information of the UE, a first local gateway corresponding to the UE; and establishing, for the UE, a user plane bearer that is from the eNB to a gateway C-GW of a core network and that includes the first local gateway used as an intermediate node.

A network access control method and an apparatus are disclosed. The method includes controlling, by a first network device if determining that a terminal device already establishes a second data connection to a second network, the terminal device to stop establishment of a first data connection to a first network, or controlling the terminal device to end the second data connection, to smoothly establish a first data connection. In this way, it can be ensured that a data connection exists between the terminal device and one network, and it can be ensured that the terminal device can normally transmit data.

The present invention pertains to the field of Internet technologies, and discloses a method for establishing a network connection. The method includes: establishing a user plane connection to a terminal, where the terminal accesses a first WLAN; receiving, by using the established user plane connection, a connection selection request sent by the terminal, where the connection selection request includes connection selection information; determining, according to the connection selection information in the connection selection request, a service network selected by the terminal; and establishing a connection between the terminal and the service network selected by the terminal. In this way, the terminal can connect to different service networks, so that a network connection manner becomes more flexible, interaction between the terminal and a gateway is simplified, and a network connection range is expanded.

The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and in particular, to a wireless local area network (WLAN) user-side device and an information processing method, to resolve a problem that user equipment (UE) cannot accurately select a WLAN network because current network information of a WLAN is not complete. Embodiments of the present invention provide a WLAN user-side device, including: a first processing module, configured to receive network class information of a WLAN sent by a WLAN network-side device, and a second processing module, configured to determine, according to the network class information received by the first processing module, a manner of using the WLAN by UE corresponding to the user-side device. Because the user-side device obtains the network class information of the WLAN, the user-side device can determine, according to the network class information of the WLAN, the manner of using the WLAN by the UE.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method and an apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by user equipment UE, indication information sent by an access node of a cellular access network, where the indication information includes a filtering condition, and the indication information is used to instruct the UE to transmit, by using a wireless local area network WLAN, a traffic flow that meets the filtering condition; determining, by the UE according to the indication information, that a first traffic flow meets the filtering condition; and transmitting, by the UE, the first traffic flow by using the WLAN. Therefore, according to an indication of the access node of the cellular access network, the UE may choose to transmit the traffic flow by using the WLAN, thereby improving data transmission efficiency.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a mobile switching center and a system for returning to a long term evolution network, which may prevent a UE which does not need to return to the LTE network from mistakenly returning to the LTE network. The method includes: receiving a first CSFB indication corresponding to a UE that is sent by a MME after the UE initiates CSFB, wherein the first CSFB indication is used for identifying that the UE needs to return to a LTE network after circuit service of the UE is finished; and sending, according to the first CSFB indication, a second CSFB indication corresponding to the UE to an RNC/BSC when the circuit service of the UE is finished, wherein the second CSFB indication is used for indicating that the RNC/BSC is to notify the UE of returning to the LTE network.

A communication method is disclosed, including: An integrated access and backhaul IAB donor node receives a first message from a core network network element, where the first message indicates to establish a local route between a first node and a second node, and the first node is an IAB node; and the IAB donor node determines a local routing node based on the first message, where a data packet between the first node and the second node is locally forwarded by using the local routing node. This method can reduce data bypassing and reduce a communication latency.

This application discloses a communication method and a related apparatus. The communication method includes: A first core network element receives a first message from a second core network element, where the first message includes identification information of a first terminal and first identification information of a session, and the session indicated by the first identification information is used by a second terminal to transmit data for the first terminal; the first core network element obtains, based on the identification information of the first terminal, terminal context information corresponding to the session; and the first core network element sends a second message to the second core network element, where the second message includes the terminal context information corresponding to the session. This can directly control session permission of a terminal device, thereby improving accuracy of performing permission control on the terminal device.
