Abstract: An array substrate and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes: a base substrate; and first leads, third leads, and second leads connecting the first leads and the third leads on the base substrate. The base substrate includes a second region corresponding to a sealing material, a sealed first region, and a third region provided on a side of the second region away from the first region. The first region includes the first leads; the second region includes the second leads; and the third region includes the third leads. The area ratio of two adjacent third leads is greater than that of corresponding two adjacent first leads.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an OLED display device, including OLED units and a pixel spacer layer having a plurality of opening portions, which are disposed on a substrate. Each OLED unit includes an anode, a light-emitting functional layer and a cathode which are disposed sequentially in a direction away from the substrate. The light-emitting functional layer is disposed in the opening portions. The pixel spacer layer is provided with a via hole. The display device further includes: an auxiliary electrode disposed below the pixel spacer layer, corresponding to a display area, spaced apart from the anode, and connected to the cathode through the via hole in the pixel spacer layer; and a print circuit board disposed at a side of the substrate away from the pixel spacer layer, configured to transmit a signal of the cathode to the auxiliary electrode through an conductive lead.

Abstract: A phased-array antenna and a multi-face array antenna device are provided. The phased-array antenna includes a liquid crystal cell. The liquid crystal cell includes an upper substrate, a lower substrate and a liquid crystal layer. The upper substrate includes a first base substrate, a plurality of first bias electrodes arranged at a first surface of the first base substrate, and a plurality of radiating elements arranged at a second surface of the first base substrate. The lower substrate includes a second base substrate, a plurality of second bias electrodes arranged at a second surface of the second base substrate, and a ground electrode arranged at a first surface of the second base substrate. The first base substrate and the second base substrate of the liquid crystal cell are arc-shaped substrates so that the radiating elements are not coplanar. In addition, the radiating elements are arranged at a convex surface.

Abstract: A substrate and a photoelectric display device comprising the substrate are provided. The substrate comprises a display region (11) and seal material disposed in a periphery thereof. The substrate further comprises a trapping buffer region (13) which is disposed between the display region (11) and the seal material and receives photoelectric display media. By providing the trapping buffer region, impact on the seal material by the excessive photoelectric display media can be mitigated or eliminated when the photoelectric display device is subjected to an external force or is flexed. The life time of the seal material is prolonged. A leakage of the photoelectric display media is avoided.
