Abstract: A display panel and a fabricating method thereof, and a displaying device. The display panel includes a substrate, a resistance reducing trace, an inter-layer-medium layer and a signal line. The substrate is divided into a plurality of sub-pixel regions and a pixel separating region. The resistance reducing trace is provided on the pixel separating region of the substrate. The inter-layer-medium layer is provided on the substrate, and the inter-layer-medium layer has an opening exposing the resistance reducing trace. The signal line is provided within the opening, the signal line is connected to the resistance reducing trace, the signal line is distributed in a column direction along the display panel, and in a row direction along the display panel, a width of the opening is greater than or equal to a width of the signal line.

Abstract: A thin film transistor and a manufacture method thereof, an array substrate and a manufacture method thereof are provided. The manufacture method of the thin film transistor includes: providing a base substrate; and forming a gate electrode, a first electrode, a second electrode and a semiconductor layer of the thin film transistor on the base substrate. At least one of the gate electrode, the first electrode and the second electrode includes N portions that are stacked in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate, adjacent two of the N portions are in direct contact with each other, and N is a positive integer more than or equal to 2. The method includes: performing N patterning processes to respectively form the N portions.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of electronic sensing technologies, and provide a chemical sensing unit, a chemical sensor, and a chemical sensing device. The chemical sensing unit includes a thin film transistor arranged on a substrate, and a light emitting diode coupled to the thin film transistor. The thin film transistor includes a semiconductor active layer, a source, and a drain, and the semiconductor active layer is mainly composed of a chemically sensitive semiconductor material. The chemical sensing unit is provided with a via hole in a region between the source and the drain, such that the semiconductor active layer is exposed at a position corresponding to the via hole. The light emitting diode includes a first electrode, a light-emitting functional layer, and a second electrode which are stacked in sequence, wherein the first electrode is coupled to the drain.

Abstract: A pressure sensing unit includes: a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other; and at least one vertical thin film transistor disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. Each vertical thin film transistor includes a first electrode, a semiconductor active layer, a second electrode, at least one insulating support, and a gate electrode sequentially disposed in a direction extending from the first substrate to the second substrate. A first air gap is formed by the presence of the at least one insulating support between the gate electrode and the second electrode of each vertical thin film transistor.

Abstract: Disclosed are an organic light-emitting device and a method of manufacturing the same, and a display device. The organic light-emitting device includes: a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, and an organic light-emitting layer sandwiched between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, wherein the first electrode layer includes a first transparent conductive layer, a nanostructured layer and a second transparent conductive layer sequentially, and the second transparent conductive layer is closer to the organic light-emitting layer than the first transparent conductive layer. In the organic light-emitting device, silver nanowires or carbon nanotubes can be introduced between the two transparent conductive layers of the first electrode layer, which facilitates the injection equilibrium of electrons-holes, thereby improving the quantum efficiency. Therefore, the organic light-emitting device has a high luminous efficiency.

Abstract: A method for fabricating an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) display panel is provided. The method includes arranging Thin-Film Transistor (TFT) devices on one side of a substrate and a function layer on the other side of the substrate to form a laminate including both the TFT devices and the function layer, attaching the laminate onto a loading platform such that the function layer included in the laminate faces towards the loading platform, and conducting a process on the laminate to form an organic electroluminescent material layer on surfaces of the TFT devices.
