Abstract: According to certain embodiments, a method (400) by an Operations, Administration, and Management (OAM) system (210) is provided for configuring a network node (115) to prioritize the collection of data. A configuration (250) for collecting performance management (PM data) is transmitted to the network node. The configuration (250) includes PM counters and priority information associated with at least one of the PM counters. Each PM counter is associated with a parameter to be measured by the network node (115). A report of data collected by the network node (115) is received. The report includes data collected based on the configuration transmitted by the OAM system (210) to the network node (115).

Abstract: According to a first aspect there is provided a method of enabling an Internet device that is only awake periodically to receive communications sent when the device is not awake. The method comprises, at the device, during an initial awake period, establishing a connection to a peer of a RELOAD overlay network as a RELOAD client, and creating a dictionary resource at the RELOAD peer using the Node-ID of the device as the Resource-ID. Then, during a further awake period, establishing a connection to the RELOAD peer and obtaining any communications sent to the device during a sleeping period of the device by retrieving data from the dictionary resource stored at the RELOAD peer.

Abstract: In accordance with an example embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a method and an apparatus thereof for controlling a concealment method for a lost audio frame of a received audio signal. A method for a decoder of concealing a lost audio frame comprises detecting in a property of the previously received and reconstructed audio signal, or in a statistical property of observed frame losses, a condition for which the substitution of a lost frame provides relatively reduced quality. In case such a condition is detected, the concealment method is modified by selectively adjusting a phase or a spectrum magnitude of a substitution frame spectrum.

Abstract: Techniques for supporting both localized and frequency-distributed control channel messages in the same enhanced control channel region are disclosed. An example method begins with receiving (2010) a downlink signal comprising an enhanced control region consisting of at least two sets of physical resource block (PRB) pairs. The method continues with the forming (2020) of one or more distributed enhanced control-channel elements (eCCEs) from a first set of PRB pairs by aggregating physical layer building blocks from multiple PRB pairs to form each distributed eCCE. One or more localized eCCEs are formed (2030) from a second set of PRB pairs by aggregating physical layer building blocks such that each of the localized eCCEs is formed from physical layer building blocks from within a single PRB pair of the second set. Control channel message candidates are formed (2050) from the distributed eCCEs and localized eCCEs, respectively, and decoded (2060).

Abstract: A system, methods, nodes and computer program for redistributing a registration of a UE (100) from a first MSC (320) to a second MSC (124) is provided. The first MSC (320) and the second MSCs (124) are members of a pool of MSCs (130). The UE (100) is registered in the first MSC (320) and is attached to the first MSC (320) via a packet control node (340, 440) such as MME or SGSN. The first MSC (320) receives an order from an O&M center to redistribute the registrations of UEs (100) in the pool. The first MSC (320) sends a redistribution order to the packet control node (340, 440). The packet control node (340, 440) triggers the UE (100) to perform a routing or tracking area update procedure and triggers a location area update procedure to the second MSC (124), causing the UE (100) to be registered to the second MSC (124).
