    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for enabling a network equipment to reduce interference for downlink (DL) transmissions to a first device by determining a transmit precoding matrix indicator (TPMI) for uplink (UL) transmissions transmitted by a second device based on feedback from the first device. The first device may determine a subset of possible TPMIs that the second device may use for UL transmissions for full-duplex communications. The first device may indicate the subset to the network equipment. Based on the subset indicated by the first device, the network equipment may determine a pairing of the first device and the second device for full-duplex communications. Additionally, the network equipment may determine a TPMI for the second device to use in UL transmissions and indicate the TPMI to the second device.

    Abstract: In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) may receive indications of positioning resources of a positioning resource pool, wherein the positioning resource pool includes a first positioning resource window having a first set of one or more contiguous positioning resources, a second positioning resource window having a second set of one or more contiguous positioning resources, and a third positioning resource window having a third set of one or more contiguous positioning resources extending between an end of the first positioning resource window and a start of the second positioning resource window.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for closed-loop precoding for multiple-input multiple-output for transmitter circle arrays, for example uniform circular array panels. In some aspects, a base station including a transmitter circle array may steer a beam to a user equipment (UE) using codebooks, quantization rules, and feedback from the user equipment. In some aspects, the same transmitter circle array may be used for both backhaul communications with a device at a fixed location, for example using beams formed via discrete Fourier transform (DFT) vectors, and access communications with a UE via non-DFT beams coded using closed-loop precoding.
