    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first UE may receive a message indicating a configuration or a sidelink discovery burst transmission window. The configuration may include time periods for transmitting multiple sidelink synchronization signals. The first UE may perform a channel access procedure during the sidelink discovery burst transmission window. The first UE may perform the channel access procedure for transmitting one or more of the sidelink synchronization signals according to a pattern indicated by the configuration. The pattern may be based on a quasi co-location relationship between associated pairs of the sidelink synchronization signals. The first UE may transmit the one or more sidelink synchronization signals to a second UE in accordance with the pattern indicated by the configuration.

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) operating in frame-based equipment (FBE) mode includes transmitting, to a base station, during a shared base station first channel occupancy time (COT), a first physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) actual repetition prior to an idle period in a first fixed frame period of the base station. The method also includes attempting to detect a downlink signal during a second COT in a second fixed frame period of the base station that occurs immediately after the idle period. The method further includes transmitting a second PUSCH actual repetition in the second fixed frame period after the idle period, in response to detecting the downlink signal and in response to a processing timeline being satisfied.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for determining and providing HARQ-ACK feedback corresponding to multiple PDSCHs scheduled by a DCI, which schedules a first PDSCH for transmitting repetitions of a first transport block (TB) and at least a second PDSCH for transmitting repetitions of a second TB. A UE monitors for repetitions of the first and the second PDSCH in a set of candidate PDSCH reception occasions corresponding to an uplink slot for transmitting the feedback. The set of candidate PDSCH reception occasions are based on a set of downlink slots corresponding to a reference repetition of each of the first TB and the second TB and a set of start and length indicator values (SLIVs) corresponding to the set of DL slots. The UE then transmits the feedback indicating results of the monitoring, based on a codebook generated according to the set of candidate PDSCH reception occasions.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A UE may cooperate with a group of one or more other UEs, where the UEs may each operate as a panel in a wireless communications system. To ensure updated information based on the cooperation status of the UE is provided to a network, the UE may receive one or more capability request messages from a base station. The UE may determine a group cooperation capability of the UE, based on a current group cooperation status of the UE. The group cooperation status may be based on the UE operating in cooperation with a group of UEs for communicating with the base station. The UE may then transmit, to the base station, one or more messages indicating the group cooperation capability of the UE.
