Abstract: An array substrate and a liquid crystal display apparatus are disclosed. The array substrate includes: a glass substrate; a light-shielding metallic layer mounted having a first region and a second region; a first insulating layer; a thin-film transistor; a pixel electrode layer; a common electrode layer electrically connected to the light-shielding metallic layer. A storage capacitor is formed between the second region and a drain electrode of the thin-film transistor. The array substrate has an advantage of increasing the storage capacitance of liquid crystal display apparatus and therefore enhancing display performance.

Abstract: The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a color filtering layer, and a spacer. The first substrate includes a non-active area and an active area. The second substrate is opposite to the first substrate. The color filtering layer is arranged on the first substrate. The color filtering layer includes a plurality of color filters, and a through hole is formed between adjacent color filters. One end of the spacer has been arranged within the through hole and the other end of the spacer supports the second substrate. In this way, the stability of the spacer is enhanced and the spacer is prevented from being detached.

Abstract: The array substrate, the liquid crystal display panel and the liquid crystal display device of the present disclosure are designed to form the MIS storage capacitor by the P—Si semiconductor layer, the first metal layer and the insulating layer between above or the P—Si semiconductor layer, the second metal layer and the dielectric spacer layer between above, when one side of the first metal layer or the second metal layer receiving the negative gray voltage, the P—Si in the P—Si semiconductor layer will gather to form the hole, when receiving the positive gray voltage, will form the depletion layer on the upper layer of the P—Si to reduce the capacity of the MIS storage capacitor, thereby reducing the difference of the capacitance when the MIS storage capacitor in the positive and negative gray voltage, improving the flicker phenomena and ensuring the display effect.

Abstract: A touch display panel includes touch detection electrodes and fingerprint recognition electrodes that share a common electrode layer. The pixel electrodes function as a drive pixel layer to induce capacitive coupling with respect to the fingerprint recognition electrodes, based on which operations of displaying, touch detection, and fingerprint recognition are carried out in a time sharing manner. The touch display panel requires no integration of separately made fingerprint recognition device and a touch display panel, and fingerprint detection can be realized with an existing layered structure of the touch display panel to thereby effectively save the manufacturing cost of the touch display device and achieve an effect of integrating a fingerprint recognition device and a touch display panel. A touch display device that includes the touch display panel is also provided.

Abstract: A GOA electric circuit introduces a resistor and a timing signal, which are used to replace a second capacitor in the existing skills. One terminal of the resistor is connected to a constant high voltage level and the other terminal thereof is connected to a gate electrode of a ninth thin-film transistor. A source electrode of the ninth thin-film transistor is electrically connected to the timing signal. In the stage maintaining the output terminal at low voltage level, the voltage level of the second node can be changed between high and low voltage levels as the timing signal is changed, and the voltage level of the second node is pulled down in a specific frequency. This effectively prevents the second node from being at high voltage level for a long time and avoids the problem of threshold voltage shifting, and therefore improves the stability of GOA electric circuit.
