Abstract: Disclosed are techniques related to performing wireless sidelink communication. Originating (e.g., transmitting) and target (e.g., receiving) apparatuses may operate in a NACK-only mode. In this mode, the target apparatus only provides NACK feedbacks to transmissions that it did not receive. Lack of NACK feedback is interpreted by the originating apparatus that the transmissions were successfully received. However, the target apparatus maybe incapable of transmitting NACK for each of missed transmission. In NACK-only mode, the originating would not retransmit these missed transmissions. To address this issue, the target apparatus can transmit a multi-transmission NACK feedback to indicate that multiple transmissions were not successfully received. The multi-transmission NACK is a single feedback, and thus can enable a target apparatus with limited feedback capacity to indicate NACK for multiple transmissions.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network node may receive a first set of ranging measurements based at least in part on a first one or more positioning reference signals communicated over a sidelink between a pedestrian user equipment (P-UE) and a vehicle UE (V-UE). The network node may receive a second set of ranging measurements based at least in part on a second one or more positioning reference signals communicated over an access link between the P-UE and one or more base stations. The network node may transmit, to the P-UE, an estimated position of the P-UE. For example, in some aspects, the estimated position of the P-UE may be based at least in part on the first set of ranging measurements and the second set of ranging measurements. Abstract: In an aspect, a UE (e.g., PUE or VUE) performs one or more sidelink positioning measurements on a first sidelink positioning signal between PUE and a VUE. The UE transmits measurement data based on the one or more sidelink positioning measurements to a RSU. The RSU receives the measurement data and determines a positioning estimate for the PUE. The RSU transmits the positioning estimate to the PUE, at least one VUE, or a combination thereof.

Abstract: Transmit and receive wireless communication devices configured to independently determine the same transport block size (TBS) for use with sidelink communications. In an illustrative example, a transmitting device includes a transceiver; a memory; and a processor, with the processor configured to generate or obtain a Physical Sidelink Feedback Channel (PSFCH) overhead indicator indicating whether PSFCH overhead is used in determining the TBS. The processor also determines a number of demodulation reference signal (DMRS) resource elements (REs) associated with DMRS overhead for use in the TBS determination. The processor determines the TBS based on the number of DMRS REs and on the PSFCH overhead indicator, and then transmits signals to a receiving device using sidelink wireless communication that include a PSFCH overhead indicator. The signals are transmitted according to the determined TBS. The PSFCH overhead indicator indicates whether PSFCH overhead is to be used by the receiving device for TBS determination.

The method still further includes scheduling the future transmission on the at least one identified resource.

The apparatus transmits a first transmission on a PSSCH, the first transmission including the first transport block comprising coordination information and the second transport block.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a transmitting sidelink user equipment (UE) determines at least one quasi-co-location (QCL) relationship between antenna ports of the transmitting sidelink UE. The QCL relationship corresponds to carrier frequency offset (CFO), average delay, delay spread, Doppler shift, and/or Doppler spread across the antenna ports of the transmitting sidelink UE. Each port maps to a different transmission and reception point (TRP). The method also indicates the QCL relationship(s) to a receiving sidelink UE. A method of wireless communication by a receiving sidelink UE receives a message from TRPs of a transmitting sidelink UE. The message indicates a QCL assumption for the TRPs. The method also individually measures reference signals received from each transmission port of the TRPs. The method may also determine whether signaling from the TRPs satisfies all conditions for the QCL assumption, and report to the transmitting sidelink UE a result of the determining.
