    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive first control information indicative of a resource allocation for reception of periodic multi-slot multi-cast transmissions. In some aspects, the control information may indicate a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration for multi-cast, multi-slot signaling. The resource allocation may include a set of multiple reception occasions over a set of multiple slots. The UE may receive one or more transport blocks during the set of multiple reception occasions over the set of multiple slots. In some aspects, the UE may transmit feedback information for the one or more transport blocks.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a scheduling request to indicate performance of a UE operation at the UE. For example, the UE may receive first control information indicative of a correspondence between one or more operations at the UE and at least one or more candidate values of a scheduling request. In such examples, one of the one or more candidate values may be zero. The UE may transmit the scheduling request in accordance with the first control information, where the value of the scheduling request may be indicative, at least in part, of a UE operation of the one or more operations. In response to transmitting the scheduling request, the UE may perform the UE operation in accordance with the value of the scheduling request.

A user equipment (UE) and network entity may perform physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource adaptation in order for the network entity to reduce power consumption. For example, the UE may receive first control signaling indicating a first set of PUCCH resource occasions and a second set of PUCCH resource occasions, and transmit one or more uplink messages via the first set of PUCCH resource occasions. In some examples, the UE and the network entity may switch between operating using the first set of PUCCH resource occasions to operating using the second set of PUCCH resource occasions based on second control signaling indicating for the UE to switch between sets of PUCCH resource occasions. In some examples, the second control signaling may indicate for the UE to skip one or more uplink messages or PUCCH resource occasions.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. To support cross-carrier sidelink resource reservation, a user equipment (UE) may transmit sidelink control signaling in a carrier in a licensed frequency spectrum band (e.g., a licensed carrier) that reserves one or more sidelink resources of a carrier in an unlicensed frequency spectrum band (e.g., an unlicensed carrier) for transmission of sidelink data. For example, the UE may determine the one or more sidelink resources for transmission of the sidelink data in the unlicensed carrier and may transmit the sidelink control signaling in the licensed carrier to reserve the one or more sidelink resources. The UE may then transmit the sidelink data in the one or more sidelink resources of the unlicensed carrier. In some examples, the UE may perform a channel access procedure before transmitting the sidelink data and may transmit the sidelink data based on the channel access procedure.
