    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity, such as a base station, may receive, from a first network entity, a broadcast indicating a downlink control channel transmission pattern associated with the first network entity. The network entity may monitor a plurality of receive beams for a plurality of downlink control channel transmissions from the first network entity according to the downlink control channel transmission pattern and may select a communication beam according to one or more cross-link interference (CLI) measurements associated with one or more of the plurality of receive beams in accordance with the monitoring. The network entity may communicate with a user equipment using the selected communication beam and a first set of resources that at least partially overlap in time and frequency with a scheduled communication at the first network entity. The network entity may experience or may cause the measured CLI.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A first wireless communication device may receive, from a second wireless communication device, a first control message scheduling transmission of a message and indicating to skip monitoring of one or more control channel occasions during a time period. The first wireless communication device may transmit a feedback message indicating that the message was not successfully received and indicating resuming of monitoring of at least one control channel occasion of the one or more control channel occasions during the time period. The first wireless communication device may monitor, within the time period, a first control channel occasion of the at least one control channel occasion for a second control message scheduling retransmission of the message, and may skip monitoring of a remaining one or more control channel occasions within the time period subsequent to the first control channel occasion.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to communicating an indication of whether a user equipment (UE) will use an allocated shared resource. A first UE may output an indication of whether it will use a resource (e.g., a configured grant occasion) of a set of resources that are allocated for the first UE and at least one other UE. A first UE may select a communication mode for transmission via a resource based on an obtained indication of whether a second UE will use the resource. A network entity may output a groupcast message that indicates whether a particular UE will use a resource of a set of resources that are allocated for a plurality of UEs. A first UE may select a communication mode for transmission via a resource based on a groupcast message obtained from a network entity.
