    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of display technology, particularly to a vacuum deposition apparatus and a vapor deposition method. The vacuum deposition apparatus includes a vacuum chamber and a rotary base, an evaporation source, and a plurality of vapor deposition zones arranged in series from bottom to top in the vacuum chamber, wherein the shape of the rotary base is a Reuleaux triangle, and the trajectories of movement of its vertices in the horizontal plane is a rounded square, the vapor deposition zones are arranged at intervals along the trajectories of movement of the vertices of the rotary base, the evaporation source is driven by the rotary base to pass below the vapor deposition zones sequentially, so that the evaporation source can be used to perform the vapor deposition operation in multiple directions simultaneously, thus improving the uniformity of film formation and utilization of the evaporation material.

    Abstract: A capacitive touch panel, a method of determining touch position thereof and a display device are disclosed. The capacitive touch panel comprises a first substrate and a second substrate opposed to each other, the first substrate being provided with a black matrix. The black matrix is formed of a first metal touch electrode layer provided on a side of the first substrate away from the second substrate and a second metal touch electrode layer provided on a side of the first substrate facing the second substrate; and the first metal touch electrode layer comprises a plurality of first touch electrode lines, and the second metal touch electrode layer comprises a plurality of second touch electrode lines intersecting with the first touch electrode lines.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a screen printing system and a cleaning method thereof. The screen printing system has a scraper cleaning region and a working region, and the screen printing system includes a scraper and a scraper cleaning unit. The scraper operates within the working region, and the scraper cleaning unit is configured to clean the scraper. The scraper and the scraper cleaning unit are configured as follows: the scraper stays in the working region, and the scraper cleaning unit moves to a position where the scraper stays to clean the scraper; or the scraper cleaning unit is positioned in the scraper cleaning region, and the scraper moves to the scraper cleaning region, so that the scraper cleaning unit cleans the scraper.
