Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may identify an applicable restricted resource scheduling rule for restricting full-duplex operation on a first set of resources. The base station may transmit one or more control messages scheduling one or more full-duplex communications on a second set of resources based on the applicable restricted resource scheduling rule for restricting full-duplex operation on the first set of resources. In some examples, the second set of resources may overlap in time with the first set of resources. In other examples, the second set of resources may not overlap with the first set of resources in time or frequency. Accordingly, the base station may communicate the one or more full-duplex communications on the second set of resources. The described techniques may enable the base station to perform full-duplex communications with reduced interference and improved reliability.

A method that may be performed by a first wireless device generally includes receiving one or more signals from a second wireless device in the network, wherein the one or more signals provide an indication of a mobility state corresponding to the second wireless device; determining whether to establish a connection with the second wireless device based, at least in part, on the indication of the mobility state corresponding to the second wireless device; and taking one or more actions based on the determination. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A communication device, such as a base station or a user equipment (UE) may generate a beacon signal based on a nonuniform power spectral density configuration. The communication device may transmit control signaling indicating a nonuniform power spectral density profile associated with the beacon signal. The nonuniform power spectral density profile may indicate a respective power offset associated with the beacon signal for one or more subset of resource elements of a set of resource elements. The communication device may transmit the beacon signal. Additionally or alternatively, the communication device may receive control signaling indicating the nonuniform power spectral density profile associated with the beacon signal. Based on the nonuniform power spectral density profile, the communication device may receive the beacon signal.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for sidelink wireless communications are described in which a user equipment (UE), such as a vehicle UE, that supports full-duplex communications may transmit a sidelink control channel during a set of time resources including scheduling information for a subsequent transmission by the UE via a first set of resources. The UE may receive a sidelink control channel during the set of time resources from a second UE that may support full-duplex communications or half-duplex communications. The sidelink control channel may include scheduling information for a subsequent transmission via a second set of time-frequency resources that at least partially overlaps with the first set of time-frequency resources. The first UE may determine that a collision will occur and may perform a resource selection procedure or may transmit a request for the second device to perform the resource selection procedure.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a wireless node may identify a first set of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs), within a synchronization signal (SS) burst set, that are used to indicate random access channel (RACH) occasions for a first wireless link type, the SS burst set including a second set of SSBs used to indicate RACH occasions for a second wireless link type; and transmit a RACH message in a RACH occasion corresponding to an SSB included in the first set of SSBs. In some aspects, a wireless node may configure an SS burst set to include a first set of SSBs to be used to indicate RACH occasions for a first wireless link type, and a second set of SSBs to be used to indicate RACH occasions for a second wireless link type; and transmit the SS burst set. Other aspects are provided.
