The present embodiments disclose a terminal, which includes a bus, and a processor, a memory, a transmitter, and a receiver that are connected to the bus. The processor is configured to control the receiver to obtain at least one piece of beam index information corresponding to at least one millimeter-wave band, and communicate, by using a beam corresponding to the at least one piece of beam index information, a millimeter-wave base station corresponding to the at least one millimeter-wave band.

The present invention discloses a method, an apparatus, and a system. The method includes: acquiring, by a base station, in at least one scenario of the following five scenarios, a broadcast/multicast service (MBMS) interest indication reported by a user equipment; and performing, by the base station, an MBMS handover on the user equipment according to the MBMS interest indication, where the five scenarios include: when the user equipment receives modified MBMS auxiliary information, in a process in which the user equipment is handed over from a source base station to the base station and after the handover is completed, when a radio resource control protocol RRC of the user equipment is re-established to the base station, when an MBMS service that interests the user equipment ends, and when a carrier configuration of the user equipment is modified.

The present invention discloses a base station, a terminal, and a handover method. The handover method includes: sending an indication message by a base station, wherein the indication message is used to instruct the terminal to further establish a connection to the base station through a second channel in a case in which the terminal maintains a connection to the base station through a first channel; receiving an access message by the base station through the first channel, wherein the access message indicates that the terminal has established the connection to the base station through the second channel; sending a handover command by the base station, wherein the handover command instructs the terminal to switch the communication with the base station from the first channel to the second channel; and switching, by the base station, communication with the terminal from the first channel to the second channel.

The present invention discloses a channel selection method and device and relates to the communications field, so as to resolve a problem of applying an unlicensed spectrum to a wireless cellular network. The channel selection device is configured to acquire a candidate unlicensed channel, determine an available unlicensed channel from the candidate unlicensed channel, where the available unlicensed channel is an unlicensed channel that is not interfered or on which a strength of an interference signal is less than an interference detection threshold, and acquire a first operation channel from the available unlicensed channel, where the first operation channel is a channel on which the channel selection device performs communication with user equipment in a wireless cellular network mode.

The present invention provides a group managing method and a PUSH Server. The method comprises: allocating a first group identifier to a group in an Application Server (AS); acquiring, according to a first identifier of a user joining the group, parameter information of the user, wherein the parameter information of the user comprises a second identifier of the user, location information of a user equipment (UE) corresponding to the user, and an identifier indicating whether the user enables reception of PUSH notification; establishing a group-based transmission bearer with a core network node; and generating group context corresponding to the first group identifier, wherein the group context comprises parameter information of the user in the group and information of the transmission bearer. Therefore, the group management efficiency is improved.

The method in the present invention includes: sending, by a base station, an authentication indication to user equipment; acquiring, by the base station, an authentication status report indicating that the user equipment is admitted to the WLAN; and determining, by the base station according to the authentication status report, that the base station exchanges, with an access point of the WLAN, a first data stream of a data stream to be processed, where the data stream to be processed is a data stream that is to be sent by the base station to the user equipment or a data stream that is to be sent by the user equipment to the base station.

By using a method for coordination between base stations, one base station allocates a resource to user equipment in a better manner with reference to resource configuration information saved in the base station and resource configuration information of another base station. The method provided in the embodiments of the present invention includes: acquiring, by a first base station, resource configuration information of a first cell, where the first cell is a cell served by the first base station; receiving resource configuration information of a second cell sent by a second base station, where the second cell is a cell served by the second base station; and allocating a resource to user equipment according to the resource configuration information of the first cell and the resource configuration information of the second cell, so that the user equipment communicates with the first cell and the second cell.
