Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for PUCCH/PUSCH DMRS bundling. A UE may transmit, to a network entity, a first indication of a maximum DMRS bundling duration for maintaining transmit phase coherence for transmitted DMRS. The UE may receive, from the network entity based on the first indication of the maximum DMRS bundling duration, a second indication of at least one of a DMRS bundling activation or a DMRS bundling duration. Based on the at least one of the DMRS bundling activation or the DMRS bundling duration, the UE may transmit at least one UL repetition including bundled DMRS.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, first control signaling configuring multiple aperiodic channel state information (A-CSI) trigger states including at least a first trigger state for a first power mode and a second trigger state for a second power mode. The UE may receive second control signaling indicating a trigger state of the multiple A-CSI trigger states. The UE may determine a current power mode of the network based on the indicated trigger state. In some examples, the UE may receive third control signaling indicating a subset of the multiple A-CSI trigger states, and the second control signaling may indicate one trigger state from the subset of A-CSI trigger states. The UE may transmit a channel state information (CSI) report based on the indicated trigger state and the current power mode of the network.

Abstract: A method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE), includes receiving, from any one transmit and receive point (TRP) of a group of TRPs, a first radio resource control (RRC) message configuring a linkage between a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidate associated with a first monitoring occasion in a first search space (SS) set associated with a first TRP of the group of TRPs and a second PDCCH candidate associated with a second monitoring occasion in a second SS set associated with a second TRP of the group of TRPs. The method also includes receiving, from any one TRP of the group of TRPs, a dynamic indication enabling or disabling the linkage. The method further includes monitoring the first monitoring occasion for first PDCCH candidate and selectively monitoring the second monitoring occasion for the second PDCCH candidate based on whether the linkage is enabled or disabled.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a base station may configure a user equipment (UE) to perform demodulation reference signal (DMRS) enhancement whereby the UE may transmit physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) or physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) repetitions with different DMRS densities (e.g., a first DMRS density configuration having a first or default DMRS pattern within a transmission time interval (TTI) that is higher than a second DMRS density configuration having fewer DMRSs than the normal DMRS pattern or no DMRSs within the TTI). The UE may identify TTIs (e.g., slots) that satisfy one or more phase continuity rules, and may perform DMRS enhancement in the identified TTIs, and may restart a mapping sequence indicated in the DMRS mapping pattern at each bundle interval boundary or when consecutive uplink symbol periods within a bundling interval do not satisfy a phase continuity condition.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may identify that a band is associated with a first numerology and a second numerology for synchronization, and/or perform a synchronization scan to identify a synchronization signal block using stored data, wherein the stored data includes data regarding a plurality of frequency locations of the band, and wherein the synchronization scan is performed with regard to a first set of frequency locations, of the plurality of frequency locations, associated with the first numerology, and wherein the synchronization scan is performed with regard to a second set of frequency locations, of the plurality of frequency locations, associated with the second numerology, wherein the second set of frequency locations includes a proper subset of frequency locations of the plurality of frequency locations. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity may output a channel state information (CSI) report message that indicates multiple codebook configurations. A UE may receive the CSI report message indicating a set of codebook configurations associated with a set of antenna port configurations. The UE may transmit a CSI report indicating one or more codebook configurations of the set of codebook configurations, where CSI included in the CSI report is based on the one or more codebook configurations. The UE may then communicate with a network entity based on the channel state information report indicating the one or more codebook configurations.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may select a reference synchronization signal block (SSB) from a set of multiple SSBs that are multiplexed in time and frequency. The UE may select the reference SSB from the set of multiple SSBs based on a rule. The UE may receive a control message that indicates a frequency offset between a reference frequency for a common resource block (CRB) grid and a resource block (RB) that overlaps in frequency with the selected reference SSB. The UE may communicate using the CRB grid in accordance with the frequency offset.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to multiple-input and multiple-output (MIMO) codebook configuration for wireless downlink communications. A user equipment or a scheduled entity receives a reference signal (channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) and transmits a CSI report based on the reference signal. The CSI report includes a rank indicator configured to indicate one or more ranks among multiple ranks corresponding to multiple antenna panels associated with the reference signal, and a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) corresponding to a codebook for the plurality of antenna panels. In some examples, a first rank of the multiple ranks is different from a second rank of the plurality of ranks. In other examples, a first antenna panel of the multiple antenna panels having a different number of antenna ports than a second antenna panel of the multiple antenna panels. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described.
