    摘要: A seat frame is disclosed for a height-adjustable and tiltable seat pan of a motor vehicle seat. The seat frame has two side rails, a first cross bar, a second cross bar, and a drive unit. The first cross bar is supported in the two side rails and the second cross bar serves to support the seat pan. The second cross bar is mounted so as to be rotatable about fixed first axis in the two side rails. The second cross bar is rotated by the drive unit. The drive unit has an actuating motor and an actuator that is displaceable via the actuating motor and connected to the second cross bar outside the first axis. The drive unit is mounted on the first cross bar and rotatable about a second axis of the first cross bar which is fixed in the two side rails.

    摘要: A seatback-seat linkage mechanism includes two connecting rod assemblies and a seat. The connecting rod assemblies are connected between the seat and the seatback. The seat is mounted on the seat pipes and includes two seat supports, two rear pin support assemblies and two front pin support assemblies. Each of seat supports is provided with a first slide slot and a second slide slot. The rear and front pin support assemblies are mounted on the seat pipes in such a manner that the first pin portion of each of the rear pin support assemblies is inserted in the first slide slot, the second pin portion of each of the front pin assemblies is inserted in the second slide slot, so that, when the connecting rod assemblies drive the seat to move, the seat is able to reciprocate stably along the extending directions of the first and second slide slots.

    摘要: Apparatus and associated methods relate to an adjustable passenger seat headrest which includes articulating side wings, provides a more acute angle of support, and fits the width of a standard economy seat when stowed. In some embodiments, fabric may be stretched across the extreme ends of the wings to a center headrest, forming a hammock in which a passenger may rest their head. In an illustrative example, passengers may be provided with improved head support and comfort by employment of a mechanism that enables the side wings of the headrest to be articulated further apart, and/or extend out further from the back of the seat. These features may offer a more acute angle of passenger head support.
