    摘要： An electrostatic spray gun for the application of paints and other coatings has a high voltage power supply having a contact at the front end thereof. A flange on the end of the power supply surrounds the contact and a rubber boot seal snaps over the flange. Located within the rubber boot is a conductive rubber pin which contacts with a conductor located in the barrel of the gun. Utilization of this design minimizes capacitance in the front end of the gun and also virtually eliminates air volume in the area which in turn limits the production of harmful ozone.

    摘要： An electrical plug for three-phase, high-power electrical applications is provided. The plug is adapted for use in connection with a floor receptacle and has a generally flat, thin casing to provide a low profile on the floor. Safety means are provided within the casing to prevent electrical flashover between the terminals and to prevent the ingress of moisture into the casing. The casing encloses electrical terminals which include relatively thin flat terminal bars received in grooves in the casing, which is made in separable halves, from which extend terminal elements which project exteriorly of the casing for connection to an electrical receptacle. A socket is provided on the casing to act as additional support for the terminal elements and to provide an enclosure therefor.

    摘要： Circuits, methods, and apparatus that may provide protection from exposed wires or terminals when a power plug is damaged or destroyed. One example may provide a plug having an inner cover that shields power carrying wires or terminals when an outer shell is damaged or destroyed. The inner cover may include openings to receive conductors, where the openings may lead to terminals or wires that connect to plug prongs. The received conductors may attach directly or indirectly to an outer shell, and further to a power cord, circuitry, or other electronic components. When the outer shell is damaged or destroyed, the conductors may pull out of the openings in the inner cover, thus disconnecting from the wires or terminals. The wires or terminals may thus remain protected by the inner shell, avoiding exposure to contact by users or inadvertent conductors.

    摘要： There is provided a sheath for a flexible electrical contact that is incorporated within a sound reproduction device. The sheath preferably includes at least one opening at each end of the sheath to enable the sheath to be worn over the electrical contact with each opening having a thickened periphery ring. The main body of the sheath may be either a cylindrical shape or a conical shape. It is advantageous that the sheath damps a resonance vibration of the flexible electrical contact during operation of the sound reproduction device when the sheath is worn over the flexible electrical contact. The flexible electrical contact may be incorporated within a battery compartment of the sound reproduction device. A corresponding method of using the sheath is also disclosed.

    摘要： An electrical device includes a conductive member and a voltage-resistant connector to be mounted to the metal enclosure. The conductive member such as a metal enclosure, includes a pair of clasping portions separated from each other. Each of the pair of clasping portions includes a pair of fixing arms. The voltage-resistant connector includes a main body to electrically connect a high-voltage output and a load of the electrical device, and an insulated member between the main body and the conductive member to increase a beeline distance between the voltage-resistant connector and the insulated member to avoid arcing therebetween. The insulated member defines a pair of holes corresponding to the clasping portions. The pair of fixing arms of each of the pair of clasping portion extends through a corresponding hole and clasps the insulated member to fix the voltage-resistant connector on the conductive member.
