摘要: An electric lead contains at least three conductors. Each of conductors has a line which is surrounded by a conductor sheath. Two of the conductors are embodied as signal conductors, and form, with a common partial lead sheath surrounding them, a first partial lead, in particular a signal lead. Another of the conductors is embodied as a power conductor and forms a second partial lead, in particular a power lead. The conductors are surrounded by a separating sleeve, which is in turn surrounded by a common sheath of the electric lead. The lead is characterized in that the partial lead sheath has an inner sheath section and an outer sheath section, and the outer sheath section is harder than the inner sheath section.

摘要: The invention of the present application provides a wire harness with an improved accuracy of the dimension, that can be manufactured with an easy operation. A protector (4) defines at least either one of a bending shape and a branching shape of a plurality of electric wires (2). A cable tie (10) is attached to the electric wires (2), and includes a distal portion (11a) to be attached to the protector (4). The protector (4) includes an engaging portion (13) engageable with the distal portion (11a). Positions of the electric wires (2) and the protector (4) relative to each other are settled by engagement of the distal portion (11a) of the cable tie (10) attached to the electric wires (2) with the engaging portion (13).

摘要: Virtually-integrated wire harness design and automated production systems and methods that achieve completely integrated data management by automatically producing scripts to dynamically propagate production commands and data to various subsystems for handling assembling necessary circuits and wire harness layout boards to produce corresponding batches of wire harnesses while script-based methods control configuring, testing, and using wire harness layout boards, and assembling, testing, reworking, and delivering wire harnesses. As derived from CAD-created specifications, the production system uses a programmable, automated wire C&C center prepares individual wire circuits. While automatic wire indexing, sorting, and delivery systems transfer circuits into, and retrieve circuits from, a transportable programmable, automated, indexed storage system equipped with an array of individual circuit tubes, and a script-controlled assembly system sends visual, aural, and other cues to help an assembler populate and configure a wire harness layout board with connector blocks and turn posts, and guides the assembler in building, testing, reworking, and delivering the corresponding batch of wire harnesses.

摘要: A high strength and high conductivity copper rod or wire includes Co of 0.12 to 0.32 mass %, P of 0.042 to 0.095 mass %, Sn of 0.005 to 0.70 mass %, and O of 0.00005 to 0.0050 mass %. A relationship of 3.0≦([Co]−0.007)/([P]−0.008)≦6.2 is satisfied between a content [Co] mass % of Co and a content [P] mass % of P. The remainder includes Cu and inevitable impurities, and the rod or wire is produced by a process including a continuous casting and rolling process. Strength and conductivity of the high strength and high conductivity copper rod or wire are improved by uniform precipitation of a compound of Co and P and by solid solution of Sn. The high strength and high conductivity copper rod or wire is produced by the continuous casting and rolling process, and thus production costs are reduced.

The guide jig includes a magnet body magnetically held to a diagram board main body, a wiring diagram being provided to the diagram board main body, and a support placed on the wiring diagram.
