Protection can be switched off by a mechanical switch that leaves the protection normally on.

    摘要: A card key has a structure in which an engagement projection of a cell cover engages with an engagement recess of a card key body to fix the cell cover to the card key body. An engagement contact surface of each of the engagement recess and the engagement projection, which are engaged with each other, is provided at an angle of 90° relative to a direction of sliding of the cell cover. The card key body is provided with an escape sloped surface that allows deformation of a first side portion of the cell cover by avoiding interference with a second side portion of the cell cover, thereby to enable the cell cover to be pulled out from the card key body. Therefore, removal of the cell cover is eased. Further, even if the card key receives a shock, the cell cover is restricted from being unexpectedly detached.

The mechanical key includes a key code pattern having recessed portions and non-recessed portions. The mechanical key is operated in key manipulation directions. The lock apparatus includes tumblers, each of which is associated with one of the recessed and non-recessed portions. The lock apparatus mechanically verifies the key code pattern when the mechanical key is inserted therein based on whether the tumblers are aligned with the associated recessed and non-recessed portions. The recessed and non-recessed portions in the key code pattern are deviated from the key manipulation directions.

    摘要: A card-type electronic key having a high level of portability and including an emergency mechanical key that is difficult to duplicate. The electronic key is used with a communication controller arranged in a vehicle. The electronic key includes a communication circuit unit which transmits a wireless signal including an authentication code. The communication circuit unit is allowed to control an external device arranged on the subject when the communication controller receiving the wireless signal determines that the verification code is authentic. A key card unit includes a verification code pattern formed by through holes. A concealment film is removably adhered to the key card unit and conceals the through holes so that the through holes cannot be seen.
