摘要: A magnetic levitation power device is revealed. The magnetic levitation power device includes at least two sets of power devices, a motor, and a power generator. The magnetic levitation power device features on the power devices each of which consists of a first seat, a second seat and a transmission set. A first sleeve is set on the first seat and a second sleeve is arranged at the second seat. The transmission set is composed of a shaft, a large gear and a small gear. Each of two ends of the shaft are disposed with two magnetic bodies respectively and are mounted in a sleeve. The magnetic bodies are arranged with like poles repel each other so that the transmission set is suspended and friction coefficient of the shaft is reduced. Therefore high speed transmission is achieved by low power to get high power.

摘要: A power transmitting component with a housing, a pinion rotatably disposed in the housing, a flange and a retainer. The pinion has a stem that defines male threads and a plurality of first teeth that intersect the male threads. The flange has an internal aperture that defines female threads, a plurality of second teeth. The female threads are threadably engaged with the male threads. The retainer is insert molded between the stem and the flange and includes a body, a plurality of third teeth, a plurality of fourth teeth and a retainer member. The third teeth extend from the body and engage the first teeth. The fourth teeth extend from the body and engage the second teeth. The retainer member is engaged to one of the flange and the stem. A method for coupling a flange to a stem is also provided.

摘要: An example idler shaft assembly in accordance with the present disclosure may include a ring, a shaft, a dowel, and a fastener. The ring and the shaft may each have openings that are coaxial with respect to each other. The fastener may be inserted into the openings in the ring and shaft to coupled them together. The dowel may be coupled into a portion of the shaft's opening via interference fit. The ring and the shaft may be non-concentric with respect to each other.

摘要: A partition wall that partitions an inside of a case into a gear chamber in which a reduction gear pair is accommodated and a motor chamber in which an electric motor is accommodated, a bearing provided at a bearing support portion of the partition wall so as to overlap with a side portion of a large-diameter gear of the reduction gear pair in a direction of an axis and supporting a counter shaft, an oil passage provided in the gear chamber and guiding lubricating oil, scooped up by the large-diameter gear to a catch tank, and a communication hole provided in the partition wall and providing communication between the oil passage and the motor chamber, are provided. Lubricating oil introduced into the motor chamber via the communication hole is supplied to the bearing.

摘要: A continuously variable transmission includes a driving member rotating about a first axis, a driven member rotating about a second axis, and an intermediate member interposed between the driving and driven members and rotating about a third axis configured to intersect the first and second axes. The intermediate member transfers torque from the driving member to the driven member. A method for forming a torque transfer member includes providing a base structure, wrapping a needle assembly around the base structure such that the needles extend outwardly therefrom, and affixing the needle assembly to the base structure. A method of manufacturing a needle assembly includes forming a series of pockets on a side of a ribbon, organizing a series of needles into a series of pockets, and affixing the series of needles into the series of pockets.

摘要: A mounting system for a planetary gear train in a gas turbine engine comprises a support strut, a deflection flange and a deflection limiter. The support strut extends between a stationary engine case and a rotating engine shaft that provides input to the planetary gear train in the gas turbine engine. The deflection flange extends from a rotating output component of the planetary gear train. The deflection limiter is connected to the support strut and engages the deflection flange when the gear train becomes radially displaced.
