摘要： A furniture hinge includes a first fitting portion to be fixed to a furniture part or a carrier movably-supported relative to a furniture carcass, a second fitting portion to be fixed to a movably-supported furniture part, and a hinge mechanism connecting the fitting portions. The hinge mechanism has a least five hinge axis members, and includes a supporting lever directly connecting the fitting portions. The hinge mechanism includes a control mechanism for controlling a motion sequence between the first and second fitting portions. The control mechanism is separate from (i.e., is not constructed as one piece with) the supporting lever and has at least three control levers hingedly connected together. A first control lever is connected to the first fitting portion via a hinge axis member, a second control lever is connected to the second fitting portion via a hinge axis member, and a third control lever connects the first control lever and the second control lever.

The fixed-frame-side support bracket surrounds a fixed-frame corner of the fixed frame with a bearing leg and an additional support leg. The sash-side support bracket surrounds a sash corner of the sash with a bearing leg and an additional support-bracket leg. The spacer may either be arranged on the side of the additional support-bracket leg of the fixed-frame-side support bracket facing a first fixed-frame rebate face or on the side of the additional support-bracket leg of the sash-side support bracket facing a first sash rebate face. A scissor assembly supported on the bearing leg of the fixed-frame-side support bracket and on the bearing leg of the sash-side support bracket allows the sash to be rotationally and translationally moved with respect to the fixed frame.

The first arm includes a first end pivoted to the main plate and a second end pivoted to the mounting member. The second arm includes a first end pivoted to the main plate and a second end pivoted to an end of a connecting member. The other end of the connecting member is pivoted to the mounting member. When the hinge device is moved to an open state, an engaging member pivoted to the connecting member moves across a lobe of a positioning block fixed to the mounting member. When the hinge device is in a closed state, the protrusion of the engaging member is engaged in a retaining groove of the positioning block.

摘要： A hinge with a safety shield plate unit is designed not to cover the hinge but to be rotatably fitted to the fixed front shaft of the hinge and be resiliently urged toward the cup-shaped fixing member of the hinge by a resilient member in such a way that the safety shield plate unit is prevented from unnecessarily moving toward the cup-shaped fixing member by causing the anchoring sections of the movable link arm to abut the respective anchored sections of the safety shield plate unit. The hinge main body includes a fixing member fitted to a fixed plate and a cup-shaped fixing member fitted to a movable plate. The members are linked together by movable arms. A safety shield plate unit fitted to the fixed front shaft linking the fixing member and the movable link arm is urged downward to follow and hide the hazardous area defined by the movable arms and the cup-shaped fixing member and having a volume that increases with the opening movement of the movable plate. The anchored sections of the safety shield plate unit are held by the respective anchoring sections to prevent the safety shield plate unit from inadvertently falling into the cup-shaped space and blocking the opening movement of the hinge.

摘要： The present invention provides a hinge consisting of two halves. Each half of the hinge comprises a base plate (5, 6), to be respectively fastened to a side (3) and a door (1) of a piece of furniture, a rocker arm (10, 14), and a link (7, 11). The intersecting rocker arms (10, 14) which are each provided in one half of the hinge, have a "V" profile in cross section, and are fitted the one into the other through an opening (26) formed in the crosspiece of the "V" profile of rocker arm (10). At an intersecting pivot point these rocker arms are pivotally connected to each other by means of pin (17), and at the facing ends of the base plates (5, 6), the rocker arms (14, 10) are each hingedly connected by means of a hinge pin (15, 16) with the base plate (5, 6) of the one half of the hinge. Through a link (7, 11) which by means of a respective pin (9, 13) is pivotally connected to the free end of the relative rocker arm (10, 14), each rocker arm is hingedly connected by means of a hinge pin (8, 12) with the opposite end of the base plate (5, 6) of the relative hinge half. The hinge is fitted with a spring (20) which acts between the lower and of line (7) and the free end of rocker arm (10). The base plates (5, 6) are provided respectively with one pair of bores (27) and two pairs of orthogonal slots (29, 30), and with one pair of bores (28) and one pair of slots (31) which are parallel to each other. By the slots (29, 30, 31) the plates (5, 6) can be vertically and horizontally adjusted in position.

摘要： To be able to mount a mitered door to a mitered wall and open it as wide as possible, and for keeping the miter joint as tight as possible, a hinge for the door comprises two base parts or inner and outer housings which are likewise mitered, making close contact with each other in the "closed position" of the hinge and being coordinated with the miter plane of the piece of furniture or the like. The two base parts are interconnected by long brackets and short brackets, the long brackets forming crosses and being connected by a pin. The inner housing is adjustable relative to the outer housing in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction, each by given amounts. Each adjustment is made via a turnable pinion acting upon a rack of a first intermediate member. The adjustment of the inner housing relative to the outer housing is achieved via the intermediate members, each of which is retained in one direction.

摘要： A hinge arrangement for various types of movable objects, such as doors, windows, flap members and so forth. In the case of thick-wall doors having shutters or ornamental strips mounted thereat, equally in the case of double doors, windows or flap members or similar type structures, especially in the construction and furniture industry, there exists the difficult problem of adjusting the pivoting movement of the door or other structure. Usually, there only can be attained opening angles of the door or other movable structure up to a range of about 180.degree.. A hinge arrangement is disclosed which affords a relatively wide pivoting of the door or other structure during opening thereof, the pivoting movement being adjustable as to the degree or width of opening of the door or other structure. The hinge arrangement also allows opening angles of the door or other structure of 270.degree. and more. Two angle levers or joints are pivotably mounted relative to one another at a common angle lever-pivot shaft, and additionally, at the ends thereof the angle levers are hingedly interconnected by two toggle levers. One angle lever is pivotably mounted about a pivot shaft or axle attached to a hinge support. The pivotal movement of the door or other structure is controllable by means of a lever arm of one of the toggle levers. For control purposes there are provided guide grooves and guide pins. Arresting means render possible arresting of the hinge arrangement in predeterminable positions.

摘要： An articulated hinge for pivotally connecting a door flap to the carcass of a piece of furniture which has spaced carcass walls and a frame facing the door and extending essentially at right angles to the carcass walls and confining a free door opening, while the door flap in closed position partially overlaps the frame. The hinge has a carcass-related part connected to the edge surface of the frame offset inwardly relative to the adjacent carcass wall, and a door-related part connected to the door flap and pivotally connected to the carcass-related part via a link mechanism. The door-related part is in the form of an insert cup with a connecting part fittingly inserted into a recess in the backside of the door flap, and a link carrier part which has a portion interlocking with the connecting part. The interlocking portion is displaceable at right angles with respect to the pivot axis of the hinge parallel to the backside of the door flap by a predetermined measure and can be connected on the door flap within this predetermined measure in random relative displacement positions.
