Abstract:
In a refrigerant cycle system having a hot gas heater function, a valve device includes a solenoid valve for opening and closing a communication between a compressor and a condenser, a differential pressure valve opened by a pressure difference between a discharge side of the compressor and an inlet side of the condenser when the solenoid valve is closed for directly introducing gas refrigerant from the discharge side of the compressor into an evaporator, and a check valve for preventing refrigerant discharged from the compressor from flowing into the condenser when the solenoid valve is opened. In the valve device, at least the three valves are integrated by a housing member to construct an integrated member.
Abstract:
A memory transistor for a lock bit, holding information on whether a memory block can be erased/reprogrammed, is provided in the same column as that of a plurality of dummy cells. Since a sub bit line for reading the lock bit is electrically isolated from a sub bit line for dummy cell, accurate lock-bit reading is possible even when the dummy cell is over erased. Thus, a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device advantageous in reliability and operation time can be provided.
Abstract:
An electro-developing recording medium has a reference zone exhibiting a substantially-constant transparency to prepare correction data for correcting image pixel signals obtained by an optical and electronic reading of a developed image of the electro-developing recording medium. The reference zone is located at a margin area of an image recording area of the electro-developing recording medium. Further, the reference zone is located adjacent to a side edge of the image recording area of the electro-developing recording medium. The electro-developing recording medium includes an electrostatic information recording medium and an electric charge keeping medium. The electric charge keeping medium has the reference zone exhibiting the substantially-constant transparency. The electric charge keeping medium is formed as a liquid crystal display, and the reference zone can be defined as an empty space from which a portion of a liquid crystal of the liquid crystal display has been eliminated. In the alternative, the reference zone can be defined as a plenum space which is filled with a portion of a liquid crystal of the liquid crystal display, and which is arranged such that an electric field is applied to the plenum space so as to exhibit a constant and maximum transparency.
Abstract:
A movement control device has a DC motor by which a recording medium is moved by one frame of image, and a stepping motor by which a recording medium is moved by a small predetermined amount. A driven gear fixed on the output shaft of the DC motor is meshed with a gear of a moving mechanism on which the recording medium is mounted. A clutch has a transmitting gear which is rotatably supported by an rotatable arm and can be meshed with the driven gear. The rotatable arm is rotated by the stepping motor. When the stepping motor is rotated in the forward direction, the rotatable arm is rotated in a first direction, and thus the transmitting gear is meshed with the driven gear at a first point. When the stepping motor is rotated in the reverse direction, the rotatable arm is rotated in a second direction reverse to the first direction, and thus the transmitting gear is meshed with the driven gear at a second point different from the first point.
Abstract:
A film scanner is provided with a line sensor for capturing an image formed on a film in a principal scanning direction, and a scanning mechanism for moving the film relative to the line sensor in an auxiliary scanning direction, which is perpendicular to the principal scanning direction. The scanning mechanism is provided with: a film holder for holding the film; a table for slidably mounting the film holder, the film holder being slidable in the auxiliary scanning direction; and a first driving system which drives the table in the auxiliary scanning direction at a first predetermined speed; and a second driving system which drives the film holder in the auxiliary scanning direction at a second predetermined speed, the second predetermined speed being faster than the first predetermined speed.

A marking device of an electro-developing type video camera having a color separation optical system to color separate an object to be photographed into a plurality of color components, and an electro-developing recording medium having a plurality of optical image recording areas that electrically develop optical images corresponding to the color components. The marking device has a marking mechanism that forms a positioning mark indicating a relative position of each of the optical images developed in the plurality of optical image recording areas. The positioning mark is formed outside the optical image recording areas.
Abstract:
An image sensing device provided in a camera using an electro-developing recording medium which electronically develops an image formed by a photographing optical system. During descending of the electro-developing recording medium, a light outputted from a light source passes through the electro-developing recording medium, so that an image recorded in the electro-developing recording medium is read by a line sensor. When an image is recorded on the electro-developing recording medium, the line sensor is directed to a sub-mirror provided to a quick return mirror. Thus, a light led from the photographing optical system is detected by the line sensor, so that an auto-focusing condition of the photographing optical system is sensed based on an output signal of the line sensor.

To reduce noise and loss, the power converter is further provided with a series combination of third and fourth capacitors connected between the positive and negative source terminals, a series combination of first diode and first capacitor connected between a first junction point between the third and fourth capacitors and a second junction point between the first switching device and the first inductor, a series combination of second capacitor and second diode connected between a third junction point between the second inductor and the second switching device and a fourth junction point between the third and fourth capacitors, a series combination of third diode and third inductor connected between a fifth junction point between the first diode and the first capacitor and the positive source terminal, and a series combination of fourth inductor and fourth diode connected between the negative source terminal and a sixth junction point between the second capacitor and the second diode.
Abstract:
Two bearing bodies 1 each having a bearing surface 17 are force-fitted into a housing 7 which is opened at one end and closed at the other end thereof, and a shaft 2 (rotary shaft) is inserted in the bearing bodies 1, thereby forming two axially spaced porous oil-impregnated bearings A. The inner peripheral surfaces of the bearing bodies 1 and the oil leak preventing member 11 are formed with a plurality of inclined grooves (hydrodynamic-pressure-generating grooves 5 and air current producing grooves 12). A solid lubricating composition 3 composed of synthetic resin as a base material and oil as a lubricating component by blending lubricating oil or lubricating greases is disposed between the two bearing bodies 1.
