Abstract: A display device includes: pixels to emit light of various intensity in accordance with driving signals; data lines to communicate the driving signals to the pixels; scan lines to communicate scan signals to select at least one of the pixels to receive the driving signals; a first power supply to supply at least one driving voltage to the pixels; and a second power supply including an initial voltage terminal to supply an initial voltage to the pixels. The at least one pixel includes: a driving transistor connected between the first power supply and an anode electrode of an organic light emitting diode, a third transistor including an oxide transistor, the third transistor having a first electrode connected to the initial voltage terminal, a second electrode connected to the anode electrode, and first and second gate electrodes, each of which is connected to one of the scan lines, and a fourth transistor including a poly-silicon transistor, the fourth transistor having a first electrode connected to the first power supply, and a second electrode connected to a second electrode of the driving transistor.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes an organic light-emitting diode, a switching transistor, a first light emission control transistor, and a driving transistor. The organic light-emitting diode includes an anode and a cathode for receiving a reference voltage. The switching transistor includes a gate electrode for receiving an nth scan signal and a source electrode for receiving a data signal, and is an NMOS transistor. The first light emission control transistor includes a gate electrode for receiving a light emission control signal, and is configured to turn on upon receiving the light emission control signal to determine a timing of flow of a driving current to the organic light-emitting diode, and is a PMOS transistor. The driving transistor is connected to the switching transistor and the first light emission control transistor and provides the driving current to the organic light-emitting diode.

Abstract: A display apparatus is provided including a display area and a non-display area. The display area includes a display element and the non-display area includes a pad portion. A first thin-film transistor (TFT) is arranged in the display area. The first TFT includes silicon and a first gate electrode. A second TFT is arranged on a first insulating layer covering the first gate electrode and includes an oxide and a second gate electrode. A first voltage line extends in a first direction. A data line is spaced apart from the first voltage line. A connection wire is disposed in the display area and connects the data line to the pad portion. The connection wire includes a first portion extending in the first direction and a second portion extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, and the first portion overlaps the first voltage line.
