Abstract: A communication scheme and system for converging a 5th generation (5G) communication system for supporting a data rate higher than that of a 4th generation (4G) system with an Internet of Things (IoT) technology are provided. The present disclosure is applicable to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology. Data transmission/reception methods of a base station and a terminal in a wireless communication system are also provided. The method includes transmitting, to a user equipment (UE), bandwidth part (BWP) configuration information by higher layer signaling, transmitting, to the UE, downlink control information including information indicating an active BWP based on the BWP configuration information, identifying grant free resource configuration information associated with the active BWP, and receiving a data based on the grant free resource configuration information.

The priority information is associated with a non-precoded CSI-RS, a cell-specific beamformed CSI-RS and a user equipment (UE)-specific beamformed CSI-RS.

The method includes identifying a first bandwidth part for a cell and a second bandwidth part for the cell through a radio resource control signaling, wherein each of the first bandwidth part and the second bandwidth part is defined with a corresponding subcarrier spacing and frequency domain location; identifying a first control resource set on the first bandwidth part and a second control resource set on the second bandwidth part through the radio resource control signaling; and acquiring second downlink control information for the second bandwidth part based on the first control resource set on the first bandwidth part being activated.

The present invention may comprise: transmitting downlink data to a terminal from a base station; receiving positive reception acknowledgement (ACK) or negative reception acknowledgement (NACK) information on a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) according to the results of receiving the downlink data; determining whether an uplink resource where the ACK or NACK information is received is included in a first resource or a second resource; and interpreting, in particular by the base station, the ACK or NACK information as ACK if the uplink resource where the ACK or NACK information is received is included in the first resource.
