    Abstract: An apparatus, e.g., a UE, for resolution of conflicts between HD and FD configurations is disclosed. The UE receives a configuration indicating that a first set of symbols is configured for HD communication with at least one of D symbols, U symbols, or F symbols in which the F symbols are configured as D or U. The UE receives DCI scheduling FD communication including an FD transmission and an FD reception on a second set of symbols. The second set of symbols have a third set of symbols in common with the first set of symbols. The third set of symbols have conflicting HD and FD configurations. The UE cancels, based on the conflicting HD and FD configurations of the third set of symbols, at least one of the FD transmission or the FD reception in the third set of symbols.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a receiver user equipment (UE) receives, from a transmitter UE, a sidelink reference signal over a sidelink established with the transmitter UE, and transmits a sidelink timing adjust (TA) command to the transmitter UE based on the sidelink reference signal, the sidelink TA command requesting the transmitter UE to adjust a sidelink transmit time of the transmitter UE. In an aspect, a transmitter UE transmits, to a receiver UE, a sidelink reference signal over a sidelink established with the receiver UE, and receives a first sidelink TA command from the receiver UE based on the sidelink reference signal, the sidelink TA command requesting the transmitter UE to adjust a sidelink transmit time of the transmitter UE.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communication by a first, transmitting, user equipment (UE) for sidelink communication with a second, receiving, UE. The techniques generally includes determining whether to transmit sidelink control information (SCI) for decoding a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) transmission to a receiving UE in one or multiple stages, transmitting the SCI in accordance with the determination, and transmitting the PSSCH in accordance with the SCI. Release 16 NR sidelink transmissions often include two (or more) stages of SCIs. The present disclosure provides methods and techniques for alternative mechanisms to achieve similar goals as the multiple stages of SCIs when the second (and the subsequent) SCI stage(s) is absent.

    Abstract: An apparatus for wireless communications has a first component and a second component. The first component is within an application layer and configured to control machine learning modules in different nodes. The second component is within the application layer and configured to control data flow between the different nodes. A method of wireless communications, by a first node, comprises collecting measurements related to wireless communications and transmitting the measurements to a second node for machine learning processing. The method also includes transmitting the measurements to a third node for neural network training. A method by a user equipment (UE) includes reporting a UE capability to a server, and configuring neural network parameters in response to server feedback. The method further includes executing a neural network with the configured neural network parameters to determine a wireless communications analysis, and reporting the analysis to the server.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for forward/retransmitting a data transmission to a target UE through a helper UE. A helper UE may receive a data transmission from a network node, determining whether the received data transmission is intended for a target UE or for the helper UE itself, based on a control message, and retransmitting the data transmission to the target UE upon determining that the data transmission is intended for the target UE. A network node such as a base station may transmit a control message to at least a help UE, the control message comprising an indicator of whether a data transmission is intended for the helper UE or a target UE and transmit the data transmission to at least the helper UE and the target UE.
