    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications, and more particularly, to techniques for determining when to apply downlink control information (DCI) based updates using cross-component carrier (cross-CC) scheduling. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, on a first component carrier (CC), a DCI indicating an update to be applied to at least one of an uplink (UL) transmission or a downlink (DL) transmission, determining an application time for applying the update based, at least in part, on a parameter associated with one or more second CCs, and applying the update in accordance with the determined application time.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station may transmit a set of beam indications, associated with a set of beam indication types, for a set of beams to use for communication via a set of channels. The set of beam indications includes a first beam indication, associated with a first beam indication type, that indicates to use a first beam for communication via at least a first channel of the set of channels. The base station may select, based at least in part on the set of beam indication types, a second beam indication type for transmission of a second beam indication that indicates to use a second beam for communication via the first channel of the set of channels. The base station may transmit the second beam indication using the second beam indication type. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication performed at a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, at the UE, a set of downlink (DL) reference signals (RSs) associated with one or more first transmission beams. The method also includes measuring, at the UE, the set of DL-RSs.     Abstract: A base station may transmit one or more reference signals to a user equipment (UE) to measure. However, the base station is typically limited to configuring one downlink reference signal per antenna panel of the UE. This can reduce network efficiency because the base station has to switch downlink reference signals in order to switch antenna panels. Techniques and apparatuses described herein allow a UE to transmit a report that includes a plurality of measurements of a downlink reference signal corresponding to a plurality of antenna panels and/or to transmit a report that includes one or more measurements of a plurality of downlink reference signals from an antenna panel. The base station may therefore map a downlink reference signal to a plurality of antenna panels of the UE. Accordingly, the base station is able to switch antenna panels without switching downlink reference signals.
