    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For instance, a first user equipment (UE) may identify a configuration for an assisting node (AN) that includes an indication of a set of time resources during which the AN is active and an indication of location information that indicates communication direction information corresponding to communications via the AN during the set of time resources. The first UE may select a time resource from the set of time resources based on the indication of location information, a location of the first UE, and information associated with a packet for transmission from the first UE to a second UE via the assisting node. The first UE may transmit the packet over the selected time resource.

    Abstract: A first apparatus is provided that is configured to receive, from a wireless device, an indication enabling radar measurement sharing; receive a first set of configuration parameters for the radar measurement sharing; perform a radar measurement based on the first set of configuration parameters and network state information; and transmit a first set of radar measurement transmissions at a first radar measurement transmission rate selected based on the first set of configuration parameters and the network state information. In some aspects, a second apparatus is provided that is configured to select a first set of UEs from a plurality of UEs for radar measurement sharing; transmit, to each UE in the first set of UEs, an indication enabling the radar measurement sharing; and receive, from each UE in the first set of UEs, a radar measurement transmission based on a radar measurement performed at a corresponding UE.

A roadside unit (RSU) may transmit, to a first communication node, a request for multi-static sensing capability information associated with the first communication node. The RSU may receive a report indicating the multi-static sensing capability information for the first communication node. The RSU may transmit, in response to receiving the multi-static sensing capability information, a control message indicating one or more multi-static sensing parameters for the first communication node. The RSU may receive one or more multi-static sensing measurements obtained based at least in part on the one or more multi-static sensing parameters. The RSU may transmit, to the first communication node, a second communication node, or both, one or more channel estimates determined based at least in part on the one or more multi-static sensing measurements.

In some wireless communications systems, a first device may receive a feedback message from a second device that indicates a set of one or more sensing results associated with a sensing procedure performed by the second device.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may transmit a request for a base station to establish a wireless communication link between the first UE and a second UE via an assisting device (AD) associated with an assisting node (AN). The first UE may receive first control signaling from the base station including an indication for the first UE to perform a directional learning procedure with the AN in response to the request, and may transmit an uplink message including an indication of a completion of the directional learning procedure. The first UE may receive second control signaling from the base station indicating a set of resources for performing a link configuration procedure between the first UE and the second UE, and may communicate with the second UE via the AD of the AN based on the second control signaling.
