Abstract: Aspects for MAC-CE duplication for packet repetition in uplink and downlink are disclosed. In one particular aspect a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a message including a component carrier (CC) identifier (ID) for a particular Medium Access Control (MAC) control element (MAC-CE). The method also includes receiving, by the UE, a first MAC-CE via a first CC of a plurality of CCs, and receiving, by the UE, a second MAC-CE via a second CC of the plurality of CCs. The CC ID included in the message corresponds to a CC ID for the second MAC-CE. The method further includes combining, by the UE based on the CC ID for the second MAC-CE, a first signal corresponding to the first MAC-CE and a second signal corresponding to the second MAC-CE to generate a combined signal for decoding.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify uplink control information to be transmitted using a first carrier of a carrier group associated with a cell group. The UE may select a second carrier of the carrier group to transmit the uplink control information based at least in part on a type of uplink control information to be transmitted, a priority level associated with the uplink control information, a timing for transmission of the uplink control information with respect to an associated downlink transmission, or a combination thereof. The UE may transmit the uplink control information to one or more cells in the cell group using the second carrier.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may switch semi-persistently scheduled (SPS) or configured grant (CG) transmissions for a user equipment (UE) across component carriers according to a resource switching pattern to avoid resource conflict with control information on one or more component carriers. The resource switching pattern may have multiple flows spanning different component over a time interval for redundancy. According to some aspects, a base station may transmit a synchronization signal block (SSB) in one of a set of flexible SSB locations or candidate SSB locations, where each of the set of candidate SSB locations is associated with a respective SSB identifier.

In aspects, a user equipment (UE) obtains a set of UL sub-slots based, at least in part, on a set of K1 values, and then determines, for each UL sub-slot in the set of UL sub-slots, whether the UL sub-slots satisfy a predetermined overlapping condition with a current DL slot. A PDSCH reception occasions set is generated based, at least in part, on a set of time domain resource allocation (TDRA) candidates of the current DL slot and a determination that a current UL sub-slot satisfies the predetermined overlapping condition with the current DL slot.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some systems, a network entity may adjust a backoff power level for communications by the network entity in a first cell supported by the network entity. The network entity may transmit signaling that indicates an estimated level of interference in a second cell supported by a neighboring network entity based on the adjusted backoff power level. The network entity may receive a feedback message from the neighboring network entity that indicates downlink interference measurements by one or more UEs operating within the second cell. In some examples, the feedback message may indicate a difference in interference measurements obtained by the UEs before and after the backoff power level is adjusted by the network entity. The network entity may further adjust or maintain the backoff power level based on the feedback received from the neighboring network entity.

In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes transmitting, by a wireless communication device, a channel state information (CSI) report using a first beam; monitoring, by the wireless communication device, for an implicit beam switch indication during a time window, the implicit beam switch indication corresponding to acceptance of Transmission Configuration Indicator (TCI) information indicated by the CSI report; and switching, by the wireless communication device, to a second beam from the first beam based on the implicit beam switch indication, the second beam different from the first beam.
