    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment may receive a first control message associated with a first, periodic resource grant and including a first resource allocation field associated with a first subcarrier spacing. The user equipment may receive a second control message that includes the first resource allocation field at a first value. The user equipment may deactivate the first resource grant based on the first value and the first subcarrier spacing. The user equipment may receive a third control message associated with a second, periodic resource grant and including a second resource allocation field associated with a second subcarrier spacing. The user equipment may receive a fourth control message that includes a second resource allocation field at a second value different from the first value. The user equipment may deactivate the second resource grant based on the second value and the second subcarrier spacing.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for a user equipment (UE) to receive, via a first active cell serving the UE, a first control message activating a set of transmission configuration indicator states associated with a set of candidate cells that are inactive at the UE. The UE may receive, via the first active cell after receiving the first control message, a second control message indicating for the UE to switch to a second cell of the set of candidate cells. In response to receiving the second control message indicating for the UE to switch to the second cell, the UE may switch to communicating with the second cell using a first transmission configuration indicator state of the activated set of transmission configuration indicator states.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may jointly measure channel state information (CSI) resources corresponding to a first reporting occasion of a first CSI report in setting and a second reporting occasion of a second CSI report setting if the first reporting occasion is linked to the second reporting occasion based at least in part on a slot position of the first reporting occasion relative to a slot position of the second reporting occasion. The first CSI report setting may be associated with the second CSI report setting for reporting CSI associated with non-coherent joint transmission. The UE may transmit a first report for the first CSI report setting at the first reporting occasion and a second report for the second CSI report setting at the second reporting occasion.     Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to channel access in a shared radio frequency band in an unlicensed spectrum or a shared spectrum are provided. A wireless communication device determines a channel access procedure based on whether one or more channel access conditions are satisfied for accessing an unlicensed frequency band. The one or more channel access conditions are associated with at least one of sensing across multiple channel occupancy times (COTs), a transmission beam characteristic, a transmit power, a transmission duty cycle, or a beam dwell time. The wireless communication device transmits, based on the channel access procedure, a communication signal in the unlicensed frequency band.
