Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, an assisting user equipment (UE) may determine, within a resource selection window, one or more resources to reserve in a shared resource pool for an internal sidelink transmission within a disaggregated UE group including the assisting UE and one or more assisted UEs. The assisting UE may transmit, over a sidelink, an assisting reservation message indicating a lower reference signal received power (RSRP) to project onto the one or more resources reserved for the internal sidelink transmission relative to a measured RSRP that is based at least in part on a transmit power associated with the assisting reservation message. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: A configuration to determine a starting bit for PUSCH repetition with TBS scaling. The apparatus determines a TBS of a PUSCH transmission based at least in part on a set of PUSCH resources corresponding to a set of PUSCH repetitions for transmission over a repetition unit comprising a plurality of slots. The apparatus determines a starting bit location of each code block of the PUSCH transmission for a first slot of the plurality of slots. The apparatus determines a different starting bit location of each code block of the PUSCH transmission for each slot of the plurality of slots following the first slot, wherein each of the different starting bit locations for each slot following the first slot is based on a two level RV cycling. The apparatus transmits the PUSCH repetitions, each slot comprising encoded data based on respective starting bit locations.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for determining frequency hopping for physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) repetitions sent using multiple frequency domain resource allocations (FDRAs). According to certain aspects, a user equipment (UE) determines at least first and second part frequency domain resource allocations (FDRAs) for a first physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission occasion, transmits a transport block (TB) via at least first and second parts of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) on the first and second part FDRAs with first and second precoders during the first PUSCH transmission occasion, determines at least first and second part FDRAs for a second PUSCH transmission occasion based on a frequency hopping scheme, and transmits the same TB via first and second parts of the PUSCH on the determined first and second part FDRAs with first and second precoders during the second PUSCH transmission occasion.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may receive, from a base station, downlink control information that indicates a wakeup signal for a broadcast or multicast (broadcast/multicast) session in a session-specific field of the downlink control information. The user equipment may selectively perform, for the broadcast/multicast session, a wakeup operation for a discontinuous reception cycle based at least in part on the wakeup signal. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Techniques are provided for positioning bandwidth limited user equipment (UE). In an example method for providing a positioning reference signal (PRS) to a bandwidth limited user equipment includes generating a PRS comprising a plurality of symbols occupying a frequency range in a first slot of a radio frame, the PRS including a first set of the plurality of symbols occupying a first portion of the frequency range, a second set of the plurality of symbols occupying a second portion of the frequency range, and transmitting the PRS to the bandwidth limited user equipment.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to defining a bandwidth part (BWP) within an operating bandwidth, and sub-BWPs within the BWP, where the sub-BWPs can be used for scheduling frequency-hopping transmissions. As one example, a base station may schedule frequency-hopping transmissions using two or more sub-BWPs. The base station may configure a portion of an operating bandwidth to serve as a BWP used for communicating with a UE over the wireless communication network, define two or more sub-BWPs at different frequency locations within the BWP, each sub-BWP including resource blocks provided in the BWP, and provide a scheduling gap when a frequency hop is scheduled between two or more sub-BWPs at the UE, wherein the scheduling gap accommodates radio frequency retuning at the UE.
