Abstract: A first UE may receive, from a base station or a second UE, one or more first TCI states via RRC signaling. The first UE may receive, from the base station or the second UE, one or more MAC-CEs. Each of the one or more MAC-CEs may include at least one indication of one or more second TCI states. The one or more second TCI states may be a subset of the one or more first TCI states. The first UE may transmit to the second UE, or receive from the second UE, a sidelink message via a sidelink channel based on a third TCI state. The third TCI state may be from the one or more second TCI states.

Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to acknowledgement/negative-acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) transmissions with different reliability levels are provided. A user equipment (UE) receives, from a base station (BS), a negative acknowledgement (NACK) transmission configuration. The UE receives, from the BS, a data transmission. The UE transmits, to the BS, a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) signal including a NACK for the data transmission based on the received NACK transmission configuration. Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications, and more particularly, to techniques for activation of configurations. Certain aspects provide a method for wireless communication by a first wireless node. The method generally includes receiving multiple configurations allocating resources for communication with one or more second wireless nodes, each of the multiple configurations being mapped to a configuration identifier; and receiving a message including the configuration identifier mapped to at least two of the multiple configurations, the message activating the at least two of the multiple configuration for the communication with the one or more second wireless nodes. The method may also include communicating with the one or more second wireless nodes using the at least two of the multiple configurations activated via the message.

The method generally includes receiving, on a control channel, a configuration for an uplink control information (UCI) repetition, determining, in dependence on the control channel, whether to prioritize transmission of the UCI repetition over other uplink signaling, wherein a scheduled resource for transmission of the UCI repetition overlaps with resources for the other uplink signaling, and taking one or more actions associated with communication of the UCI repetition in accordance with the determination.

Abstract: A configuration utilising L1/L2 signaling to activate or deactivate a direct link in dual or multi-connectivity with relaying devices. The apparatus communicates with a base station using a direct link and using a relay link. The relay link comprises a side link between a first UE and a second UE and a second direct link between the second UE and the base station. The apparatus transmits or receives a request to deactivate the direct link based on a determination by at least one of the base station, the first UE, or the second UE that the direct link between the first UE and the base station is to be deactivated. The request to deactivate the direct link comprises L1 or L2 signaling. The apparatus receives a deactivation command to deactivate the direct link.

A base station can dynamically indicate a repetition factor for an uplink control channel to improve coverage of the uplink control channel. The base station can explicitly or implicitly indicate the repetition factor using various signaling techniques. The interpretation of an indication of a repetition factor can depend on one or more parameters, for example, a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) format, an uplink control information size, a code rate, and/or a PUCCH resource set used for the PUCCH.
