Abstract: According to an example aspect, there is provided an apparatus, configured to receive, by a user terminal, configuration for a grant-free transmission on a shared radio resource, the grant-free transmission comprising at least one collision avoidance transmission and at least one data transmission, wherein the at least one collision avoidance transmission precedes the at least one data transmission, determine a first transmission power for the at least one data transmission, determine a second transmission power for the at least one collision avoidance transmission based on information indicative to the a location of the user terminal proportionate to the a location of an access node providing a radio cell, and transmit the at least one collision avoidance transmission at the second determined power and the at least one data transmission at the determined first transmission power.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of channel access procedure based on the channel access priority class (CAPC). The method comprises receiving scheduling information from a second device, the scheduling information at least indicating resources allocated for a transmission from the first device to the second device, a channel access type for the transmission and an expected access priority for the transmission. The method further comprises comparing the expected access priority with an access priority of data in a buffer of the first device and determining use of the resources based on the comparison. In this way, the Channel Occupancy Time (COT) sharing can be used only for the data with higher or equal priority to avoid unintended usage of the grant on unlicensed band and coexistence fairness among nodes with different types of traffic to be transmitted may be achieved.

Abstract: A method may include receiving, by a user equipment from a network entity, a first downlink (DL) control signal activating semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) of a first set of downlink data transmissions, the downlink control signal indicating an applicable hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback timing for the first set of downlink data transmissions and receiving one or more of the first set of downlink data transmissions. The user equipment may determine that an applicable HARQ feedback timing for a second set of downlink data transmission previously received with an inapplicable HARQ feedback timing has not been provided. In response to the determination, the user equipment may determine a HARQ feedback timing for the one or more of the first set of downlink data transmissions based a second DL control signal indicating an applicable HARQ feedback timing received after reception of the one or more of the first set of downlink data transmissions.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for a signaling arrangement for a wireless system are provided. One method includes transmitting a short control signaling (SCS) message to one or more user equipment (UE). The SCS message may comprise at least a reference signal part and an optional control signal part. The reference signal part may comprise reference signals that allow the UE to perform at least one of: cell search, synchronization, fine time/frequency tracking, radio resource management (RRM) measurements, radio link monitoring, or channel state information (CSI) reporting. In an embodiment, the control signal part may indicate at least one of: whether the cell is ON or OFF, whether each subframe in a current or upcoming set of subframes are ON or OFF, TDD uplink-downlink configuration for a current or upcoming radio frame, PLMN ID to identify to which operator's network the cell belongs to, and/or system information.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for cyclic prefix (CP) extension and listen before talk (LBT) type for uplink transmissions. Specifically, certain embodiments may provide for applying a CP and/or an LBT when downlink control information (DCI) schedules two discontinuous uplink transmissions. For example, certain embodiments may provide for determining the LBT type and CP extension for jointly scheduled aperiodic sounding reference signal and physical uplink shared channel/physical uplink control channel transmissions. When the two or more transmissions are non-consecutive, the first one of the transmissions may apply the CP extension and the LBT type indicated by the scheduling DCI. For the second transmission, the CP extension may depend on the CP extension indicated in the DCI.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer program product where a UE receives a RACH configuration, comprising time/frequency resources for each RACH Preamble and a corresponding Msg1 Data Part. The UE selects the RACH preamble, transmits the selected RACH preamble, and ascertains whether the selected RACH preamble is associated with a 2-step RA procedure. The UE determines at least one resource for Msg1 Data Part based on the selected RACH preamble. The UE performs a LBT preceding the Msg1 Data Part at a predetermined point in time and transmits the Msg1 Data Part provided that the channel is unoccupied based on the LBT. Likewise, a gNB sending a RACH configuration to the UE, receiving a RACH preamble back, ascertaining that RACH preamble is associated with a 2-step RACH procedure, and determining at least one resource for Msg1 Data Part based on the received RACH preamble.
