Abstract: Various embodiments provide a data communication method. Under the method, a transmit end maps each code block group CBG in N CBGs to each layer in a corresponding layer group based on a correspondence between the N CBGs and N layer groups. Each layer group includes at least one layer, and N is a positive integer. The transmit end then sends data to a receive end. T transport block corresponding to the data includes the N CBGs. In this way, a mapping relationship between a CBG and a layer group is established by grouping layers, so as to improve data reception quality, through interference cancellation, for transmission among different layer groups, and ensure adaptivity to a CBG-based retransmission feedback, thereby optimizing transmission performance of an entire communications system.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a multi-carrier scheduling method. A network device configures first DCI for scheduling a plurality of carriers, to reduce PDCCH resource overheads. In addition, when the network device configures the first DCI and other DCI (for example, second DCI), monitoring bit lengths of the two pieces of DCI are aligned, to obtain a monitoring bit length for blind detection. This can reduce blind detection complexity of blind detection performed by a terminal device on DCI, and improve system transmission performance.

When the at least one first transmission resource is a plurality of first transmission resources, start positions of time domain positions of the plurality of first transmission resources are the same. Abstract: A method for determining time information is disclosed. The method includes: obtaining, by a network node, information sent by a terminal device; and determining, by the network node, at least one of the following based on the information: a first time interval between downlink scheduling and downlink data transmission, a second time interval between the downlink data transmission and a feedback message sent by the terminal device after the terminal device receives downlink data, and a third time interval between uplink scheduling and uplink data transmission, where the information may include at least one of a subcarrier spacing, an operating band, and a bandwidth that are supported by the terminal device, and further include a first smallest value and/or a second smallest value and/or a third smallest value corresponding to the at least one item. Therefore, flexibility and accuracy of determining the time information are improved.

Abstract: This application provides an example method and an example apparatus for generating hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) information. The method also includes generating, by the terminal device, HARQ information based on the plurality of active BWPs or the M BWP groups.
