    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide control information sending methods, control information receiving methods, and devices. The sending method may include determining, by an access network device, a control channel candidate set corresponding to a terminal device, where the control channel candidate set includes at least one control channel candidate, the at least one control channel candidate includes at least one control channel element, the control channel candidate set is contained in at least one control channel element set, a quantity of control channel elements contained in the control channel element set is greater than or equal to a quantity of control channel elements corresponding to a maximum aggregation level supported by the terminal device. The sending method may further includes sending, by the access network device, control information to the terminal device by using at least one control channel candidate in the control channel candidate set. The control information sending method of the embodiments of the present invention can satisfy requirements of new generation radio communications systems.

    Abstract: A chassis of a server comprises a backplane. The backplane is disposed in the chassis of the server, and the backplane includes a first sub-board, a second sub-board, and at least one air baffle. The first sub-board is isolated from the second sub-board. Each air baffle forms an included angle with the first sub-board and forms an included angle with the second sub-board. Space enclosed by the first sub-board, the second sub-board, and a side wall, an upper wall, and a lower wall of the chassis is divided into a first air cavity and at least one second air cavity by using the at least one air baffle. The first air cavity is used for at least one first module to dissipate heat, and the second air cavity is used for at least one second module to dissipate heat.

    Abstract: This application provides a sequence-based signal processing method and apparatus. A sequence meeting a requirement for sending a signal by using a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) is determined. The sequence is a sequence {fn} including N elements, and fn is an element in the sequence {fn}. The determined sequence {fn} is a sequence that meets a preset condition. Then the N elements in the sequence {fn} are respectively mapped to N subcarriers to generate and send a first signal. With the determined sequence, when the signal is sent by using the PUCCH, a low cross-correlation between sequences can be maintained, and a relatively small peak to average power ratio (PAPR) value and a relatively small and cubic metric (CM) value can be maintained. Therefore, a requirement in a communications application environment in which the signal is sent by using the PUCCH is met.

    Abstract: This application provides a sequence-based signal processing method, a signal processing apparatus, a computer readable storage medium, and a computer program product. A sequence meeting a requirement in an environment in which a signal is sent by using a reference signal or a control channel is determined, where the sequence is a sequence {fn} including N elements, fn is an element in the sequence {fn}, and the determined sequence {fn} meets a preset condition; then the N elements in the sequence {fn} are mapped to N subcarriers respectively, to generate a first signal; and the first signal is sent. By using the foregoing determined sequence, weak cross-correlation between sequences can be maintained, and a relatively small PAPR value and a relatively small CM value of the reference signal or the control channel can be maintained, to meet a requirement in a communications application environment in which the signal is sent by using the reference signal or the control channel, particularly when a data signal on which π/2-BPSK modulation is performed is sent or frequency shaping is performed on the reference signal or the control channel.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and in particular, to a data processing method, apparatus, and system. This application provides a data processing method. A transmit device uses a sequence to carry data and a reference signal. The transmit device carries the two channels of data on an odd element and an even element of the sequence, respectively. The transmit device successively maps the sequence that carries the two channels of data to allocated subcarriers, and then sends the data in an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) manner. This application is intended to decrease cubic metric (CM)/peak-to-average ratio of a transmitted signal of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing OFDM system through sequence design and mapping of the two channels of data to subcarriers, thereby improving link quality of an entire transmission system.

    Abstract: A terminal device determines a resource of a physical uplink control channel. The physical uplink control channel carries a first encoded bit sequence and a second encoded bit sequence, the first encoded bit sequence is corresponding to first uplink control information, and the second encoded bit sequence is corresponding to second uplink control information. The resource for the physical uplink control channel includes N orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol sets. The first encoded bit sequence is carried in an OFDM symbol included in j OFDM symbol sets, the j OFDM symbol sets are a part of or all of of the N OFDM symbol sets, where j is a positive integer less than or equal to N. The terminal device sends, on the resource for the physical uplink control channel, a signal that is generated based on the first uplink control information and the second uplink control information.

    Abstract: In various embodiments, uplink scheduling information can be received by a terminal from a network device in a time cell n. The uplink scheduling information can be used to obtain a maximum quantity of first downlink data packets sent by the network device to the terminal device from a time cell n−k3 to a time cell n+k2. Acknowledgement information of the first downlink data packet can be sent by the terminal to the network device on a physical uplink shared channel in a time cell n+k1 based on the maximum quantity of the first downlink data packets. In this way, when the acknowledgement information is sent on the PUSCH, a data reception error caused by a case in which the base station does not know, when decoding the data, a quantity of pieces of acknowledgement information actually sent by the terminal is avoided.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an uplink power control method, includes: determining, by a base station, power control information, where the power control information is used to control a power of a UE; sending, by the base station, hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgment feedback information to X UEs, where the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information carries the power control information of at least one of the X UEs, the X UEs contend for use of a same transmission resource, and X is an integer greater than or equal to 1; receiving, by the UE, acknowledgment feedback information sent by the base station to the X UEs; and parsing the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information; and if it is determined that the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information includes the power control information of the UE, performing power control on the user equipment based on the power control information of the UE.
