This application provides a method for scheduling an uplink transmission resource, and a device. The method includes: determining, by a terminal device, a first scheduling request according to pre-obtained first indication information when a first BSR is triggered because to-be-sent data exists on a first logical channel of the terminal device, where the first indication information is used to indicate a correspondence between a logical channel and a type of a scheduling request, and the first scheduling request includes a type of the first scheduling request; sending, by the terminal device, the first scheduling request to an access network device; and receiving, by the terminal device, first uplink scheduling information sent by the access network device, where the uplink scheduling information is used to indicate a first uplink resource used by the terminal device to send uplink data to the access network device.

This disclosure provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: determining a data flow mapped onto a data radio bearer (DRB); and controlling a transmission rate of the data flow based on the transmission rate of the data flow and a first rate threshold of the data flow. This disclosure provides the data transmission method and apparatus, to control the transmission rate of the data flow mapped onto the DRB.

A data transmission method and apparatus are disclosed in the present invention. The method includes: determining whether there is to-be-scheduled user equipment in a first transmission time interval, where a frame structure used in the first transmission time interval includes a data scheduling area and a control information scheduling area; when it is determined that there is to-be-scheduled user equipment in the first transmission time interval, determining whether there is any idle resource in the control information scheduling area; and after it is determined that there is still an idle resource in the control information scheduling area, sending indication information to the to-be-scheduled user equipment, where the indication information is used to instruct the user equipment to send uplink data on an idle resource of the uplink control information scheduling area and/or obtain downlink data on an idle resource of the downlink control information scheduling area.

A method for detecting a message loop, a routing agent apparatus, and a networking system. The method for detecting a message loop includes: receiving a request message sent by a network element apparatus; acquiring routing information for sending the request message to a server apparatus; detecting whether a next-hop link for sending the request message in the routing information and a link for receiving the request message belong to a same link set; and sending a response to the network element apparatus that a message loop is detected, when it is detected that the link for sending the request message in the routing information and the link for receiving the request message belong to a same link set. The technical solutions disclosed herein can improve the efficiency of detecting the message loop and thus have strong practicability.

This application provides a communication method and a communication apparatus. The method includes: A terminal device receives first indication information from a network device, where the first indication information includes at least one first threshold; and the terminal device determines, based on the first indication information, to disable or enable a HARQ function of at least one HARQ process. According to the method provided in embodiments of this application, a delay problem of a HARQ mechanism caused by a large delay in non-terrestrial network communication can be effectively resolved, thereby increasing a data transmission rate.

A communication method and apparatus are provided, so that an access network device can configure an initial hyper frame number (HFN) and a reference sequence number (SN) for a terminal device in time when no data packet is received from a core network device. The method includes: A first core network device obtains an initial multicast/broadcast service (MBS) quality of service flow identifier (QFI) SN corresponding to a first MBS session, and sends the initial MBS QFI SN in a first procedure. The first procedure is a procedure before a the 1st data packet of the first MBS session is sent to an access network device. After receiving the initial MBS QFI SN in the first procedure, the access network device may determine an initial HFN and a reference SN based on the initial MBS QFI SN, and send the initial HFN and the reference SN to a terminal device.

A first terminal receives first indication information from an access network device, where the first indication information indicates to enable aggregated transmission or indicates to disable the aggregated transmission, the aggregated transmission includes first data transmission that is performed with the access network device through a first terminal device and a second terminal device, first data includes first sub-data and second sub-data; and enables or disables the aggregated transmission based on the first indication information. In a possible embodiment of this application, the first terminal may dynamically enable or disable aggregated transmission based on an indication of the access network device.

The method includes: when an access network device obtains a first session setup request from a first core network device, if the access network device determines that a multicast broadcast service corresponding to a first session that the first session request requests to set up is the same as a multicast broadcast service corresponding to a second session, determining that an air interface resource corresponding to the first session is the same as an air interface resource corresponding to the second session, where the first session setup request is used to request to set up the first session corresponding to a first multicast broadcast service, and the second session is a session set up between the access network device and a second core network device.
