Methods and apparatus are provided for transmitting channel quality information. User equipment receives a control signaling for uplink scheduling. The control signaling for uplink scheduling includes at least one modulation and coding scheme (MCS) field, a channel quality information request field, and a resource block allocation field indicating the number of resource blocks (RBs), NRB, allocated to the user equipment for transmitting the channel quality information. When the channel quality information of multiple downlink carriers is requested, the user equipment transmits only the channel quality information on the uplink shared channel according to the allocated RBs if: the MCS bit field corresponding to one transport block indicates a MCS corresponding to a retransmitted data packet; the request bit field indicates a request for the channel quality information; and the NRB is equal to or less than 4*N, wherein N is a positive integer and corresponds to the number of multiple downlink carriers.

Embodiments of the present invention provide methods for transmitting and receiving a control channel, a base station, and a user equipment, which relate to the communication field, and can solve a transmission problem of available changing transmission resources caused by introduction of an E-PDCCH. A method for configuring a control channel resource includes: determining, by a base station according to a system configuration and/or user configuration, resource elements REs included in an extended control channel element E-CCE, and transmitting an extended physical downlink control channel E-PDCCH to a user equipment, where the E-PDCCH is carried by the E-CCE; and receiving, by the user equipment, the E-PDCCH, and obtaining the REs included in the E-CCE, and receiving, over the REs included in the E-CCE, the E-PDCCH transmitted by the base station. The embodiments of the present invention are used for configuring and detecting a control channel resource.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for acquiring channel information, an apparatus, and a system, relate to the communications field, and can reduce overhead of pilot signals in a process of acquiring channel state information. In various embodiments, a base station selects first preset antennas from an antenna array, maps the first preset antennas to pilot signals, and sends the pilot signals and antenna configuration information to a terminal, and the terminal obtains channel state information of second preset antennas by means of calculation according to the pilot signals and the antenna configuration information. The present disclosure can be applied for acquiring channel state information.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a random access method, a base station, and a user equipment. The method includes: obtaining, by the UE, a PRACH sequence; and sending, by the UE, the PRACH sequence to the base station to perform random access, and carrying first information when sending the PRACH sequence so that the base station receives the first information in a random access process. In the technical solutions of the present invention, the UE sends the first information in the random access process, which improves transmission efficiency of the first information. The present invention is particularly applicable to services of small packets.

A high order modulation method, a demapping method, and a corresponding device are provided. With the high order modulation method, important bits is distinguished, and the important bits are divided into important bits for distinguishing large regions and important bits for distinguishing small regions according to the difficulty of judgment areas. Therefore, the judgment accuracy rate of a demodulator is further improved.

The present invention provides a method, base station, and user equipment for transmitting a control channel. Grouping is performed, according to an aggregation level of the to-be-transmitted control channel, on sub-blocks in physical resource blocks configured by the base station for the to-be-transmitted control channel, then interleaving is performed, and then candidate control channels are mapped to the interleaved sub-blocks, so that any candidate control channel of the to-be-transmitted control channel is sent on consecutive time-frequency resources as possible, and meanwhile different candidate control channels are on different PRB pairs as possible. In this way, the base station may have better flexibility during actual sending of the ePDCCH, thereby not only achieving a precoding gain and facilitating better transmission of control information, but also achieving a larger scheduling gain.

In one example method, a frequency domain resource that carries a target reference signal in a frequency domain resource or a time domain resource that is associated with each QCL assumption may be separately determined, and then the target reference signal carried on the frequency domain resource that is associated with the QCL assumption is separately received by using the corresponding QCL assumption.
