摘要： An embodiment is directed to a duct coupler for joining two segments of conduit. The duct coupler includes a coupler body. The coupler body is generally tubular and has an inner diameter generally corresponding to the outer diameter of a section of conduit measured at an annular locking rib positioned on the section of conduit. The duct coupler further includes one or more protrusions formed on the interior surface of the coupler body. Each protrusion is generally wedge shaped. The one or more protrusions are positioned to engage with at least one annular locking rib to retain the section of conduit within the coupler body. The duct coupler further includes a body gasket. The body gasket is generally tubular and positioned on the interior surface of the coupler body. The body gasket is positioned to form a seal between the inner wall of the coupler body and the outer wall of the section of conduit.

The process further includes threading the tendon through the fixed end anchor and tensioning end anchor such that a tensioning end portion of the tendon extends from the tensioning end anchor and placing concrete into the concrete form. The process includes installing a cap about the circumference of the tensioning end portion of the tendon. The cap includes a cap body. The cap body includes an inner bore, where the inner bore has a diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the tendon.

摘要： An assembly and method for repairing sheathing on a tension member of a post-tensioning tendon may include an outer tube having first and second end portions, a tubular long seal positioned inside the outer tube, the tubular long seal being shorter than the outer tube, first and second seals positioned in the first and second end portions of the outer tube, respectively, and first and second nuts retaining the first and second seals in the first and second end portions of the outer tube, respectively. The assembly may define a longitudinal passage adapted to receive the tension member and the presence of the assembly on the tension member seals the portion of the tension member that is within the assembly. An inner tube may be positioned between the outer tube and the tubular long seal and may radially compress the tubular long seal.
