    Abstract: The present invention relates to a touch substrate with a touch control unit including a first touch electrode having a first bus bar extending along a first direction and a first inner electrode extending from the first bus bar, and a second touch electrode having a second bus bar extending along the first direction and a second inner electrode extending from the second bus bar. The first and second bus bars are disposed opposite to each other, the first and second inner electrodes are between the first and second bus bars, alternately and spaced apart from each other in the first direction. Each pair of adjacent first and second inner electrodes constitutes an inner electrode group, within which, at least a portion of the first inner electrode extends toward the second inner electrode, and at least a portion of the second inner electrode extends toward the first inner electrode.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a haptic feedback base plate, a haptic feedback apparatus and a haptic feedback method. The haptic feedback base plate comprises: a substrate and a deformation unit disposed on one side of the substrate. The deformation unit comprises a first electrode, a piezoelectric material layer and a second electrode that are arranged in a stacked manner, the first electrode is arranged close to the substrate, the first electrode and the second electrode are configured to form an alternating electric field, and the piezoelectric material layer vibrates under the effect of the alternating electric field and drives the substrate to resonate, wherein a difference between a frequency of the alternating electric field and an inherent frequency of the substrate is less than or equal to a preset threshold.

    Abstract: A tactile reproduction device, a method for driving the same, and a tactile reproduction apparatus. Tactile reproduction device may simulate textures to implement tactile reproduction. tactile reproduction device includes a plurality of piezoelectric units, includes: first electrode, piezoelectric section, and second electrode which are laminated, wherein the second electrode includes: first comb electrode and second comb electrode; the first comb electrode includes: a plurality of first comb-teeth electrodes and a first comb-shank electrode connecting the plurality of first comb-teeth electrodes; the second comb electrode includes: a plurality of second comb-teeth electrodes and a second comb-shank electrode connecting the plurality of second comb-teeth electrodes; the plurality of first comb-teeth electrodes and the plurality of second comb-teeth electrodes are mutually intersected; the first electrode includes a plurality of electrode units which are not connected to each other. The present disclosure is applicable to the production of tactile reproduction devices.
