Abstract: A display substrate has at least one display region and at least one non-display region, and a non-display region is located at at least one side of a display region. The display substrate includes a base, a plurality of light-emitting devices, and an encapsulation layer. The plurality of light-emitting devices are located in the at least one display region and disposed on a side of the base. The encapsulation layer is disposed on a side of the plurality of light-emitting devices facing away from the base, and configured to encapsulate the plurality of light-emitting devices. A surface, proximate to the base, of a portion of the encapsulation layer located in the non-display region is unevenly arranged.

Abstract: A display panel, a method for manufacturing the display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a flexible substrate, a surface of which is provided with a plurality of protrusions; a plurality of organic light-emitting elements disposed on the flexible substrate, at least a portion of the plurality of organic light-emitting elements being located within regions where the protrusions are located. Therefore, parts with the organic light-emitting elements can be stepped by utilizing the protrusions of the flexible substrate, so a thickness of the flexible substrate except the protrusions can be effectively reduced, and the display panel can be in contact with other structures by utilizing the protrusions, so that the portion of the flexible substrate except the protrusions has a deformation space of higher freedom, and a tensile strength of the display panel can be improved.

Abstract: The present application provides a display substrate. The display substrate includes a base substrate; a crack barrier layer on the base substrate defining a plurality of crack barrier regions in the display substrate; and a plurality of encapsulated islands on the base substrate and respectively in the plurality of crack barrier regions. Each of the plurality of encapsulated islands includes at least one of a plurality of light emitting elements; and an encapsulating layer encapsulating the at least one of a plurality of light emitting elements and forming a lateral side of a respective one of the plurality of encapsulated islands. The crack barrier layer forms a barrier wall for preventing cracks in one or more sublayers of the display substrate outside the plurality of encapsulated islands from propagating into inside of each of the plurality of encapsulated islands.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a mask assembly comprising a mask which comprises a first surface facing towards an evaporation source and a second surface facing towards an article to be deposited, and pattern openings are formed in the mask, wherein the mask assembly further comprises at least one test sheet which is detachably provided on the mask. The test sheet is provided at a region on the mask where no pattern opening is provided, and is configured such that an evaporation material can be deposited on the test sheet when an evaporation process is performed by using the mask assembly. The disclosure further provides an apparatus and a method for detecting a film thickness of the evaporation material on the mask assembly. With the apparatus, the film thickness of the evaporation material deposited on the mask assembly can be easily detected.
