Abstract: The present disclosure relates to devices and processes for monitoring attributes of a user's physical activity (e.g., workout) or inactivity, and to user interfaces (e.g., an activity indicator) for displaying the same. In some examples, a device determines whether physical activity corresponds to a first type based on a first set of criteria, and whether physical activity corresponds to a second type based on a second set of criteria. In some examples, the device controls an inactivity timer that measures user's inactivity. In some examples, the device displays a first visual representation of an attribute or amount of a first type of physical activity, and a second visual representation of an attribute or amount of a second type. In some examples, the device displays a third visual representation of an attribute or amount of a third type of activity. In some examples, the third visual representation corresponds to user's inactivity.

Abstract: A method of generating a calibration factor is described. In an example, the method may include establishing a wireless communication connection with a fitness machine. The method may also include obtaining first machine data from the fitness machine. The first machine data may specify a type of the fitness machine. The method may also include initiating a workout session on the wearable computer based on the first machine data. During the workout session, the method may also include obtaining sensor data, obtaining second machine data, and determining the calibration factor based on the second machine data and the sensor data. The method may also include generating a workout session summary based on the calibration factor.

Abstract: Techniques described herein include receiving selection of information identifying one or more members for participating in a fitness session, a start time for the fitness session, and a duration of the fitness session. The techniques also includes receiving individual fitness metrics for the one or more members associated with the fitness session, the individual fitness metrics collected during a period of time corresponding to the start time and the duration of the fitness session. The techniques also includes presenting aggregate fitness data for the fitness session corresponding to the received individual fitness metrics for the one or more members associated with the fitness session during the period of time, and presenting at least a subset of the received individual fitness metrics for the one or more members associated with the fitness session during the period of time.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to user interfaces for breathing sequences. In some examples, a device displays a configuration user interface that comprises a prompt to select a number of cycles of a breathing sequence, adjusts the number of cycles of the breathing sequence to the selected number of cycles in response to selection, and initiates a breathing phase of the breathing sequence. In some examples, the device displays and fluctuates a progress indicator in accordance with the selected number of cycles. In some examples, a device detects a time associated with a first breathing sequence, generates a prompting criteria based on a predetermined prompting frequency and the detected time, determines if the prompting criteria has been met, displays a prompt to initiate a second breathing sequence, wherein the prompt comprises a first affordance, and displays a second breathing sequence user interface in response to selection of the first affordance.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and processes for users of electronic devices to issue physical activity goal challenges and rewards to one another. In one example, a first user can provide a physical activity goal that is to be performed by a second user. The first user can further provide a reward that is to be given to the second user in response to the second user completing the physical activity goal. An electronic device associated with the second user can be used to detect physical activity performed by the second user and to determine whether the second user has completed the physical activity goal. In response to determining that the second user has completed the physical activity goal, the reward can be issued to the second user. The reward can include an image, video, song, electronic message, amount of virtual currency, access to a service, or the like.
