摘要: Tamper-proofing and secure identity validation techniques in a transaction processing system and secure electronic payment techniques are disclosed. A tamper-proof transaction processing device is provided and comprises at least two different strength adhesives to secure parts of the device together and a housing comprising at least a first and second protective layer. An electronic component comprising a secure element chip storing unique information relating to the chip is located between the first and second protective layer in the housing. In another aspect, a transaction processing system includes a payment instrument that is configured to approve only negative value and/or zero value transaction requests. Another aspect provides an identity card checking system and method where the identity card is brought into proximity of a data processing device and identity information is displayed on the screen of the data processing device for the period of time while the card is in proximity.

摘要: Methods and systems are disclosed for collecting and releasing virtual objects between disparate augmented reality environments. One method comprises receiving user selection to collect an object in a first environment displayed on a user device at a first time. A search request may then be transmitted to a content server from which a virtual object corresponding to the collected object is received in response. The virtual object may be stored in a user library associated with a user identifier of the user. When a second environment is displayed on the user device, the virtual object may be added to the second environment in response to receiving user selection to add the virtual object and determining that the user is associated with the user identifier.

摘要: The invention relates generally to the provisioning of payment instruments onto electronic devices such as a mobile telephone, tablet, laptop or wearable, and in particular to securely provisioning payment instrument for which authorisation for the provisioning must be provided by a payment instrument issuer. A first embodiment is provided in which data that is generated during module a transaction is received by an electronic device and transmitted controller from the electronic device to a server associated with an acquirer. The data received from the electronic device is compared to the data generated during the transaction and, if these match, provisioning is authorised. A second embodiment is provided in which a server associated with an acquirer generates an identification message that is separate from but based on a response message associated with a transaction, and provisioning is authorised or declined based on the identification message.

摘要: Systems and methods for authenticating an electronic transaction using a hosted authentication service. The systems and methods determine whether an authentication is required based on a first electronic message received from a first data system. Upon determining the authentication is required, the systems and methods transmit a dummy authentication request and a hosted authentication service uniform resource locator to the first data system. The systems and methods further determine or receive an indication whether a user authentication challenge is required based on a transaction risk analysis by a second data system. Upon determining the user authentication challenge is required, the systems and methods provide, at a user interface, an electronic form including a challenge request. The systems and methods transmit, to the first data system, another electronic form including a dummy authentication response generated based on a challenge result.
