    摘要: A display device and an electric apparatus are provided in the present disclosure. A touch unit of the display device includes a touch layer and an optical compensation layer arranged oppositely, the touch layer includes multiple first electrode groups and multiple second electrode groups, multiple second touch electrodes in the second electrode group are connected to each other through the optical compensation layer, and an orthographic projection of the optical compensation layer on a surface of the touch layer covers the touch layer, so that each position of the touch unit is a double-layer structure formed by the touch layer and the optical compensation layer, which avoids the problem that an electrode bridge in the display device may be visible in some cases caused by different light absorption levels in certain areas of the touch unit due to the different number of film layers.

The shift register includes: a first node control module configured to control level at the first node based on an input signal and a second clock signal; a second node control module configured to control level at a second node based on the input signal, the first clock signal, the second clock signal, a low level signal and a high level signal; and an output control module configured to control the output terminal to output high level or low level based on level at the first node, level at the second node and the second clock signal. The second node can be provided with a relatively low level, which is conductive to maintaining a normal output of the shift register.

The light-emitting element comprises an anode, a cathode opposite to the anode, and a plurality of organic layers placed between the anode and the cathode; at least three of the plurality of organic layers each independently contain a compound having a spirobifluorene structure; or at least two of the plurality of organic layers each contain the compound having a spirobifluorene structure and together contain at least three types of the compound having a spirobifluorene structure. By providing the organic layers with the compound having a spirobifluorene structure, the HOMO or LUMO energy level difference for hole or electron transport between different organic layers can be reduced due to the spirobifluorene compounds having the same main ring structure, which facilitates injection of electrons and/or holes, improving the luminous efficiency and lowering the turn on voltage.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a display panel and a fabricating method thereof. The display panel includes a substrate and a plurality of mutually insulated binding pads disposed on the substrate. Each binding pad includes an upper surface, a lower surface and a side surface. The upper surface and the lower surface are both parallel to a plane of the substrate, the side surface is located between the upper surface and the lower surface, and the side surface connects the upper surface with the lower surface. A first insulating layer is disposed on the side surface of the binding pad, the first insulating layer is in contact with the side surface of the binding pad and is made of an inorganic material. With such a configuration, the side surface of the binding pad will not be damaged by an etching process subsequent to fabrication of the binding pads.
