摘要: In a wireless communication network, base stations exchange user data for a communication service between User Equipment (UE) and wireless network gateways. The network gateways exchange the user data with Internet Protocol (IP) routers. One of the gateways receives a Border Control Protocol (BGP) message from one of the IP routers indicating a performance issue with an IP address. The network gateway associates the IP address with the communication service and transfers signaling indicating a service issue. A management computer receives the signaling and transfers signaling to the base stations to shed the one gateway for the communication service. The base stations then exchange the user data for the communication service between the UEs and the wireless network gateways except for the one gateway. These other gateways exchange the user data for the communication service with the IP routers except for the IP router having the issue.

摘要: Mitigation of interference between wireless network signals and signals emitted from sources external to the wireless network are disclosed. The wireless network signals may include out-of-band emissions that create interference with the signals emitted from the external source. To mitigate the interference, an antenna is provided with sensors configured to detect when a signal is directed at the antenna from the external source. A controller is configured to activate/deactivate signal transmission from the antenna based on feedback from the sensors in order to mitigate interference with the signal emitted from the external source. The sensors may be configured to detect radar emissions or other types of signal emissions.

摘要: A method of electronic communication via a virtual network function (NFV) implementation of a core network. The method comprises receiving a hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) content request from a user equipment (UE), wherein the HTTP content request comprises an identification of a content source and determining by an orchestrator service that insufficient NFV processing capacity is available to perform the HTTP content request, where the orchestrator service is an application that executes on a first physical host. The method further comprises dynamically increasing the NFV processing capacity by the orchestrator service, performing the HTTP content request using the increased NFV processing capacity, and returning a HTTP content response to the UE, wherein the HTTP content response does not comprise identification of the content source.

摘要: A battery-powered wireless communication device has internal antennas. In the wireless communication device, transceiver circuitry wirelessly receives external antenna data that indicates on/off status, reserve battery power, and geometric earth-orientation for the individual antennas in a different wireless communication device. Baseband circuitry determines internal antenna data that indicates the on/off status, reserve battery power, and geometric earth-orientation for the internal antennas. The baseband circuitry executes a user application that generates and consumes user data. The baseband circuitry selects a set of the internal antennas to serve the user application based on the internal antenna data and the external antenna data. The transceiver circuitry wirelessly exchanges the user data over the selected set of the internal antennas.

摘要: A wireless relay uses multiple wireless backhaul options. In the relay, a wireless access point exchanges user data with wireless user devices including a visitor device. The wireless access point exchanges the user data with Relay Equipment (RE) in the wireless relay. The RE exchanges the user data with a home wireless communication network. The RE detects a loss of performance for the home wireless communication network, and initiates a backhaul connection through the visitor wireless user device and a visitor wireless communication network. The wireless access point exchanges additional user data with the wireless user devices. The wireless access point exchanges the additional user data with the RE. The RE exchanges the additional user data with the home wireless communication network over the backhaul connection through the visitor wireless user device and the visitor wireless communication network.

摘要: A wireless data communication network authorizes Wireless Priority Service (WPS) communications. A Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) server transfers a WPS authorization code to a WPS communication device. The WPS communication device transfers a WPS SIP message to a SIP server. The WPS SIP message has the WPS authorization code and a WPS session request. The SIP server authorizes the WPS SIP message based on the WPS authorization code. When the WPS SIP message is authorized, the SIP server system identifies network addressing based on the WPS session request. The SIP server system transfers a response message to the WPS communication device that identifies the network addressing. The WPS communication device wirelessly transfers WPS data over the WPS session using the network addressing.
