    Abstract: A mobile communication system and method for maintaining a call setup for a domain transfer are provided. The mobile communication system includes a calling terminal and a VCC server.     Abstract: There is provided a substrate for a surface light source device, comprising a first secondary electron emission layer including crystalline magnesium oxide (MgO) powder on a surface of the substrate.
