    摘要： A plumbing apparatus for placing and supporting a vertical pipe in relation to an installation surface, comprising a plumbing target placement tool, and a plumbing target guide having a pair of securing rods and a pipe supporting member, the plumbing target placement tool allows the securing rods to be precisely embedded into the installation surface over an installation point. The pipe supporting member is attached to the securing rods in vertical alignment with the installation point, and allows the vertical pipe to be vertically inserted, to be supported perpendicularly to the installation surface an in vertical alignment with the installation point. The plumbing apparatus further comprises a horizontal pipe alignment guide that allows horizontal pipe to be positioned along a guide line that runs through the installation point, the horizontal alignment guide being attached to two additional securing rods placed astride the guide line with the horizontal pipe centered therebetween.

    摘要： An adjustable goggle with eyepieces that are individually custom fitted over the user's eye sockets. The goggle includes a strap configured to extend around the user's head, two face conforming eyepieces affixed and configured on the strap so that they may be positioned over the user's eyes, and a three axis, adjustable nosepiece that extends between the two eyepieces. The nosepiece is made of one or more elastic strands that have the same or different resilient properties. The ends of the strands are affixed to the eyepieces to apply a resilient force thereon. During use, the user selects the desired nosepiece so that the eyepieces may be independently aligned themselves over the eye sockets and form a comfortable, watertight seal against the surrounding facial tissues when the goggles are worn. If needed, an optional sealing pad may be affixed to the inside surface of each eyepiece to provide a watertight seal against the surrounding facial tissues.

    摘要： A card game in which players attempt to build the highest ranking two pairs of playing cards built in various rounds. Initially, one face down community card is dealt on the table, four face up public cards and one face down private card dealt to each player. Each player inspects his or her public cards to determine if there are two pairs of cards. The player with two pairs and having the highest ranking value may place a wager. If no player has two pairs, then one additional public card is dealt to each player until at least one player has two pairs of cards. Next, the community card is revealed to all players that may be combined with a player's public cards to make a second set of two pairs of cards. The player with the highest pair of cards in the second set may place a wager. Next, each remaining player may examine the private card and combine it with the community and public cards to make a third set of two pairs of cards. The player having at least two pairs and having the highest ranking value is declared the winner.
