    Abstract: A UE may identify a UE mobility condition associated with cell coverage switching. The UE may perform a measurement procedure based on the UE mobility condition associated with the cell coverage switching. The UE mobility condition associated with the cell coverage switching may be identified based on a count of consecutive cell reselections. The UE mobility condition associated with the cell coverage switching may be identified further based on a cell coverage region associated with the cell coverage switching or further based on a UE measurement. The measurement procedure may or may not include a relaxed measurement procedure. The measurement procedure may be performed based further on at least one criterion associated with the cell coverage switching. The UE may receive an indication of the at least one criterion associated with the cell coverage switching from a network node.

    Abstract: Aspects are provided that allow a UE to perform DMRS bundling in different transport blocks of uplink data on PUSCH in response to a configuration from a base station indicating or enabling the UE to perform the DMRS bundling. The UE receives a configuration from a base station indicating to bundle DMRS in different uplink data channel transmissions for joint channel estimation. The UE determines a DMRS bundling window based on the configuration. The UE transmits the bundled DMRS in the DMRS bundling window. The base station performs the joint channel estimation based on the bundled DMRS. Improved link quality between the UE and base station and signal gains may accordingly result from applying DMRS bundling over different PUSCH transmissions.

    Abstract: An apparatus may be configured to receive an indication activating a set of periodic resources in a plurality of CCs for a HARQ codebook, identify information associated with a set of canceled HARQ bits, select at least one CC in the plurality of CCs for transmitting the information associated with a HARQ bit in the set of canceled HARQ bits, and transmit the information associated with the set of canceled HARQ bits to a network node via the at least one CC. The apparatus may be configured to transmit an indication activating a set of periodic resources in a plurality of CCs for a HARQ codebook and receive information associated with a set of canceled HARQ bits from a network node (e.g., a UE) via at least one CC in the plurality of CCs.
