Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may connect to a set of source cell groups (CGs). The UE may receive a target cell group setup information, the target cell group setup information being associated with a set of target CGs. The UE may connect to the set of target CGs based at least in part on the target cell group setup information during a handover from the set of source CGs to the set of target CGs. Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating phase jump estimation for SL DMRS bundling are disclosed herein. An example method includes receiving, from another device, first information at a first symbol of a first slot, the first slot including at least the first symbol and a first reference signal. The example method also includes receiving second information at a second symbol of a second slot, the second slot including at least the second symbol and a second reference signal, the first information and the second information being repetitions. The example method also includes generating a first reference signal copy based at least on the second reference signal and a phase jump between the first slot and the second slot. Additionally, the example method includes performing channel estimation across the first slot and the second slot based on an aggregation of the first reference signal and the first reference signal copy.

Abstract: Positioning of a target user equipment (UE) using a mobile anchor node is supported by providing motion information for the mobile anchor node and/or measurement restrictions. The target UE may generate positioning measurements using the motion information for the mobile anchor node to determine the position of the mobile anchor node when it transmits positioning reference signals (PRS). The target UE may restrict measurement to only one PRS occasion, may generate and separately report measurements for each PRS occasions or may combine a plurality of measurements using filter coefficients provided by a location server.

Abstract: A base station may select a configuration for skipping PDCCH monitoring for a predetermined time period. The base station may transmit, to a UE, and the UE may receive, from the base station, the configuration for skipping the PDCCH monitoring. The UE may identify whether a first condition is met during the predetermined time period. The first condition may be associated with a first time window that overlaps at least in part with the predetermined time period. The UE may perform the PDCCH monitoring if the first condition is met during the predetermined time period or skip the PDCCH monitoring if the first condition is not met during the predetermined time period. The PDCCH monitoring may be skipped based on the configuration for skipping the PDCCH monitoring. The PDCCH monitoring may be skipped during a part of the predetermined time period that does not overlap with the first time window.
