Abstract: Peer devices may wirelessly communicate with each other over a bidirectional sidelink logical channel (LCH) through an established bidirectional sidelink radio bearer. An initiating device of the peer devices may dynamically select a logical channel ID for establishing a fully bidirectional or semi-bidirectional SLRB. At least two alternative sidelink radio resource control (PC5-RRC) procedures may ensure the SLRB parameters are configured correctly in the established logical channel. The procedures also allow the network to configure a limited SLRB which is used to couple the SLRB configuration in the direction in which limited traffic (e.g. feedback information such as robust header compression feedback and/or status reports) is transmitted.

One example aspect is A baseband processor, comprising: a memory interface; and processing communicatively coupled to the memory and transceiver interface and, while connected to a base station (BS) within a cell of a non-terrestrial network (NTN) and, where the cell comprises a plurality of bandwidth parts (BWPs) associated with a plurality of beams, configured to perform operations comprising: receiving a signaling from the base station (BS) comprising a channel state indicator reference signal (CSI-RS) configuration associated with a first BWP of the plurality of BWPs, where the CSI-RS configuration comprises a beam measurement configuration for the plurality of beams, switching from a second BWP of the plurality of BWPs to the first BWP according to the CSI-RS configuration and measure one or more of the plurality of beams according to the beam measurement configuration; and generating a measurement report that includes a layer 1 reference signal received power (L1-RSRP) measurement from the measured one or more of the plurality of beams.

Abstract: Various radio resource management techniques may be implemented to reduce in-device coexistence issues and/or interference between a Uu link established between a mobile device (first UE) and a base station (first NB), and a sidelink/PC5 link established between the first UE and another mobile device (second UE), where the second UE is served by a different base station (second NB). The first UE may receive, from the first NB, measurement configuration information that enables/configures the first UE to report to the NB any indication(s) of issues caused by communications between the first UE and the second UE over the PC5 link affecting communications between the first UE and the first NB over the Uu link, and/or communications over the Uu link affecting communications over the PC5 link. The first NB may analyze the feedback from the first UE and may implement mitigation measures to reduce/eliminate any interference and/or in-device-coexistence issues.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may establish a radio resource control (RRC) connection with a first cell of a cellular network and transmit signaling comprising an indication of enhanced radio link failure (RLF) recovery capability. The UE may receive one or more RRC messages comprising configuration information for RLF recovery on the first cell. The UE detect one or more RLFs corresponding to the first cell and further determine, via a connection reestablishment cell selection procedure, that the first cell is a suitable RLF recovery candidate cell. In response to the detection and determination, the UE may apply the configuration information for the first cell. The UE may then transmit signaling comprising a trigger indicating a RLF recovery to the cellular network and re-establish the RRC connection with the cellular network using the configuration information.

The wireless device may determine quasi-co-located information for a physical downlink control channel of the secondary cell group. The wireless device may perform physical downlink control channel decoding for the physical downlink control channel of the secondary cell group using the determined quasi-co-located information.
