Abstract: A method and system for increasing colour gamut of display device are provided, the method comprising following steps. Obtaining RBG value of image. Transferring RGB value from RGB space to HSV space for obtaining saturation of each solid color images of image. Determining whether if percentage of an area which saturation of each natural color is greater than first threshold value in solid color image is occupied on an area of whole image is greater than second threshold value. Adjusting RGB value of solid color image for obtaining adjusted RGB value of adjusted solid color image, if percentage of an area which saturation of natural color is greater than first threshold value in solid color image is occupied on an area of whole image is greater than second threshold value. Outputting adjusted RGB value of the adjusted solid color image.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an in-cell touch display panel. The in-cell touch display panel comprises a TFT array substrate and an opposite substrate. A display circuit and a first bonding area are disposed on the TFT array substrate. A display driver chip provides a display driving signal to the display circuit through the first bonding area. A touch electrode layer and a second bonding area are disposed on the opposite substrate. A touch driver chip provides a touch driving signal to the touch electrode layer through the second bonding area. The in-cell touch display panel provided by the present invention disposes the touch structure and its driver chip on the opposite substrate. Manufacturing of the in-cell touch display panel has become easier. And also reduce the interference of the driving signal generated from the touch structure on the display function of the display panel.

Abstract: The present invention provides a laptop and tablet two-in-one computer including a bendable back panel and a flexible touch display panel installed on a bendable back panel. The bendable back panel includes a first back plate portion and a second back plate portion and the second back plate portion, and then the bendable back panel is further in flat state or bent state. The flexible touch display has the keyboard function and the touch panel control function by displaying the keyboard and the touch panel. The invention eliminates the physical keyboard design of the traditional two-in-one computer by integrating the flexible touch display panel with the bendable back panel so that the flexible touch display is achieved with a touch panel, and the invention simplifies the complicated design of the traditional two-in-one computer, and extends the service life and has the advantages of convenient use and superior performance.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a substrate of a display device is provided. The method includes: providing a substrate body; coating a photoresist layer on the substrate body; exposing the photoresist layer by using a plurality lenses of an exposure machine through a mask, wherein the mask includes a light incident region and a light overlap region, the light overlap region includes a transparent zone and a non-transparent zone, and the light incident region includes a transparent zone and a non-transparent zone, and wherein an area of each transparent zone of the light overlap region is larger or smaller than an area of each transparent zone of the light incident region; and developing the photoresist layer after exposing to obtain a photoresist pattern. The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a mask applied to the method. By practice of the disclosure, the exposure pattern of the light overlap region could be compensated in order to obtain more accurate exposure pattern, so the product yield could be improved.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a chip on film (COF) single-layer flexible printed circuit board, including: a flexible packaging substrate including a bonding area and a controlling chip being packaged on the flexible packaging substrate. The bonding area of the flexible packaging substrate is configured to bond with a bonding area of an array substrate. The controlling chip electrically connects to the bonding area of the flexible packaging substrate. The controlling chip and the bonding area of the flexible packaging substrate are configured on the same side of the flexible packaging substrate, and a portion of the flexible packaging substrate is bent at least one time. As such, the controlling chip faces away the array substrate, the cost and the complexity of the post-process may be reduced, and the COF single-layer flexible printed circuit board may be shipped in the folding manner.

Abstract: A blue phase liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display device are disclosed, including a first and a second substrates disposed at an interval and parallel. A reflective display region has fourth electrodes only disposed on the second base. The first substrate is provided with a reflective layer corresponding to the reflective display region. When light passes through the transmissive display region and the reflective display region, phase delays of the light in the two regions are identical.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a controlling method of a display device and the display device. Abstract: A display method and a display device of dynamically controlling backlight are provided. The present disclosure obtains a modified grayscale value of the input image in each of partitions by using the whole backlight reference value, the RGBW grayscale values of the input image in each of partitions, the normalized backlight output brightness value, and the spatial distribution function of the backlight brightness in each of partitions. The normalized backlight output brightness value of each of partitions is processed as a real backlight output brightness value which is outputted to a backlight driving circuit. The modified grayscale value is processed as a real grayscale value and then the real grayscale value is outputted to a display panel for display. The backlight and image grayscale of each of partitions are adjusted dynamically, thereby improving contrast space and power consumption and further, normally displaying the HDR contents in the HDR display.

Abstract: A manufacture method of a low temperature poly-silicon array substrate is provided. A halftone mask is utilized to realize a patterning process applied to a polysilicon layer and an N type heavy doping process of a polysilicon section of an NMOS region. In comparison with prior art, one mask is saved, and thus, the production cost is reduced, and a low temperature poly-silicon array substrate manufactured with such a process possesses excellent electronic property.
